Hi, coach Donny! Please make a video about setter's defense. It's a bit different than outside hitters' or libero's defense, so I would like to get some tips. One more suggestion is timing of the blocking.
2:22 donny's receive while "drop it like it's hot" was playing in the background was beautiful edit: 1:46, 7:25 okay, this player's receives, (sorry i don't know the names of eat my jorts' players) i happen to have done the exact same receives and i can tell it doesn't only look and feel good, it's great, also 8:36 that set, my god, i wish i was that accurate that was too beautiful
@Elevate Yourself Hi! :) I Like to watch this channel and comment, because You are reading our comments :D I have a question about volleyball shoes. Is there any possibility to gain any information about differences between Asics shoes: Sky Elite, Netburner, Beyond? :) I am searching something in Internet but there are not so many information what shoe oofers and which one will be the most suitable for me :) I`m like 185cm/77kg, Outside hitter, narrow/normal foot :) Right now I was playing in Nike Hyperace 2 but it is time for change :) Maybe You can help with this aspect :)
“If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9 Jesus can save u from hell all you have to do is turn away from sin and put your faith in him to save you
If not already done: check with a health professional and get lessons on volleyball techniques with an actual coach. You might have developed less desirable habits that put additional strains on your arms.
It also depends on the type of pain and where it’s located. Definitely seek professional advice if the pain is unbearable but weight training is also a good place to start. For volleyball it’s really important to have a strong core and strong muscles around where your joints and ligaments are. Like shoulders/knees for example. Hope this helps!

Condition. A lot of people play but don't exercise and work on flexibility and joint strengthening
