We did lofoten in Feb , see the videos on our channel, if that wasn't winter I don't know what is , half the places we wanted to fish we couldn't because of the 2 foot if snow , better all round for us this time , us oldies can't do it like we used to, thanks for watching
@@priestandbakerfishinguk5871 Totally agree with that , i am young an fit i think but ive not been able to get to marks due to snow and worse than that ive not been able to get to the vinmonopolet !
Interesting to see how happy you guys are over a bunch of tiny coalies codlings and pollack and one half deacent but skinny cod. I guess we Norwegians are a bit spoiled when it comes to angling.
@@priestandbakerfishinguk5871 I dont think the size mathers, i said it was interesting. I never said you should be pissed that you didnt catch a bunch of 60 pounders,
@@priestandbakerfishinguk5871This is nothing compared to what it used to be here in Norway back few years, you would get 100 mackerel within 2-3 hours of fishing with lures and literally throw everywhere and pull out decent cod/pollock. This is not the case now a days, we definently already felt the «for granted» some places there is still alot of action but it used to be like this everywhere until recently the fish is not to be found as easy as it used to be.
Now I am jealous. Looks like a good few trips.
Fish every day , not always monsters but good fun , thanks for watching

We just enjoy catching fish whatever the size , and to be honest most fish we catch are tiddlers but beets a day at work
