That is Jack Falcone (Garcia) stood at the side of a seated Greg.... Not Greg's son as you keep saying. There is no available pictures of Craig DePalma with his Father Greg
When Sinatra was asked to take the picture, he was tild that it was just Carlo Gambino. When he went back stage and saw all the men waiting there, he said “this is gonna be a problem”. (And it was)
He loved being around mobsters but he was also old school and it just wasn’t the done thing to be advertising your connection with the mafia back in those days. Anyway, another excellent video Jeff Nadu . All the best from London, England my brother.
Wow wasn't this Chanel at 50k subs like a couple or a few weeks ago? Growing like crazy lately. Well deserved bc Jeff is the best in the business by far
Got to say a massive thanks for this one Jeff. Ive known the name and face of Greg for years due to the Sinatra picture but i never came across him in any books or that so didnt know anything about him , apart from the Bloomingdales incident. Jus started reading " Making Jack Falcone." So u just filled me in and it was something else my friend!!! Well done and thank u.
I've listened to your videos for the last year or so. You're getting really good at this, keep it up and can you do a series about the jewish gangsters of New york
"Foot in mouth disease" thats a very solid description 👌. No matter how much money he brought in Gregg's constant motor mouth wasn't worth it. Him and Angelo Ruggiero brought the Gambinos and Gotti's a lot of headaches. Thanks for another great episode Jeff
Great video Jeff and even more enjoyable since I grew up in the area you're discussing. We used to go to a Chinese restaurant in the same parking lot as "Fudgie's Too" and I remember asking my Dad if it was an ice cream parlor and "could we go there for dessert" (he took us to the Carvel up the street). Also remember going to Westchester Premier Theater to see Louis Prima when my Mom won tickets in some supermarket raffle. It's not an area where you notice any mob influence like you would if you grew up in Howard Beach, etc.
Greg De Palma looks like Grandpa Munster in that mugshot in the beginning of your show. Just saying 🤣. Keep up the great work that you have been doing on UA-cam Jeff!
Great video Jeff 👍 I always was fascinated with that whole Jack Falcone Dipalma thing since I started watching this genre, Rob Rosso did an interesting story on Greg from his experience with him in the federal prison hospital Butner or something and was emphasizing on Greg’s pain killer problem
pissing off nino gaggi and others… its a miracle he lived for as long as he did. they should do a show about him all the wiretapes must be a treasure trove for any writer. great (and hilarious) video as always.
Jeff...you the frickin man here. This is actually got some of the funniest bits in any episode for a while. " The Jacket fits " among others. Iv actually not got too end of video yet I keep going back I'm finding Greg n his mouth that funny. Il finish it now.
Falcone in an interview said depalma would call him at 2 in the morning and just talk lol. Falcone actually said he felt sorry for him that he must've been a lonely guy to constantly call people all day
Still got that British twang especially in your opening, Loved ur early work 😉 for some people this is a Genre and for others this was just how we were raised. There were BATH Ave type farm teams all over NY,NJ,PA!!! Representing Chambersburg section of Trenton NJ. Gambino/Scarfo territory and home to bom Sam DeCal... I knew his grandson well and The Legend Johnny Keys Simone himself.
That is Jack Falcone (Garcia) stood at the side of a seated Greg.... Not Greg's son as you keep saying. There is no available pictures of Craig DePalma with his Father Greg
Look, these guys are adult teenagers, look what Angelo, “quack, quack” Ruggerio, He brought down Paul Castellano, and the entire Commission. First they tapped his daughter pink phone, then on to this one and every Boss in LCN. May God richly Bless everyone ✝️🇺🇸!
My dad’s group performed at the WPT. Nice ass place with a stage in the round. I could never understand why those Cosa Nostra idiots busted out their own joint. It was making a fortune in legitimate money.
I only knew him as Uncle Greg………. And I’ve never seen a white man with so much swag, he literally walked around Harlem like it was nothing. That’s how I remember him
There was a episode on tv of him. Had the agent who got him arrested on there too... But i only saw it once, can't find it anywhere. They wiped it off my dvr. That pissed me off
I use to see Depalma all the time where I live (Tuckahoe NY) He use to have breakfast a lot at the Eastchester dinner or a small cafe right across the street from my old condo in Tuckahoe, the Rivervue. This is going back 15-20 years maybe more. Was also around d for the Tanglewood boys incident was in my late teens I believe, the kid they killed was my girlfriend at the time cousins boyfriend. And back than I remember talking all tuff as no one wanted to talk about what happened lol glad that one never came back to bite me in the ass. At the time I thought I was tougher than the yonkers kids (I grew up right over the bridge in the Bronx and by the time I was 22 I was living in yonkers now. Looking back glad I escaped all the BS. Worked in a few big number spots but nothing more.
These obscure characters are just as interesting as the usual suspects. No matter his position or year, I'm surprised he didn't get clipped. Nino Gaggi was definitely not one to piss off. Money talks BS walks.
One thing Depalma was right about. The Mob was taking in alot of "Garbage Pails". Oh as an aside, Lasorsa's Car Dealership is still in operation in the Bronx.
Im pretty new to this channel, where the hell have i ben !. This is probably the most professional truthful mob podcasters I’ve watched/listened to…i will continue watching for sure now
_u kno i heard alot about that theatre feom Dominique Mantiglio and Nino Gagi was trying to get people to perform their and so forth Roy domeo even had so dealings around their_
Dangerous Dick Crocco was another one who couldn't keep his mouth shut, especially when he was cocked, lol. He was at that Sinatra show but was busy with some broad when the picture was taken. Crocco didn't like Sinatra, thought he was full of shit.
Yea well he let FBI García near him. Greg Depalma. He thought it was jackie boy Falcone. This was another donnie brasco. Garcia was cuban and passed fora sicilian. Wow
Jewel Thief from South Florida, lol. Son of Donnie Brasco? Seems to me the Westchester would be worth more money on a slow bleed instead of a 4 year bust-out, greedy I guess.

When Sinatra was asked to take the picture, he was tild that it was just Carlo Gambino. When he went back stage and saw all the men waiting there, he said “this is gonna be a problem”. (And it was)
yes ut was
He wanted to be in that photo. I love Sinatra, but he loved being with thugs.

Greg 'The Jacket' DePalma. Had to return and watch this classic, once again. One of the funniest ever imo bro!

Anorher great one Jeff 👍
Good stuff
Had dinner at Greg's home when I was a teenager, he was nice to me.
At the end of the day, they all cut deals and admitted to the organization. My Uncle fucked up...but NEVER told

I mean, fbi Garcia already got into Greg DePalma stuff
john jr. had his own quack quack.
Lets assume Greg was already a loud mouth when he got straightened out. The mob got what they deserved, giving a guy like that a button
_they made paul castalono the Boss of Bossis in Nino Gagis house_
