Jeff it's funny how the debt collector in the show that came to the restaurant claiming money and saying pasta boy owed him money and a lot more others just saying
Back in the 70’s my family had Cugini parties at one of my uncles KofC halls or their homes. As a kid I had no idea that my uncles were in the life. I never had a clue till I was 15 at my aunts funeral in Medford, Ma. and there was over 300 people at her funeral including about 10 Hells Angels in full colors. The mayor of Boston and a couple of state cops even showed up. A couple of weeks after her death my dad told me all about my moms side of the family. Looking back I should have known that three uncles cannot live in vast mansions by running a corner store in Cambridge, Ma.. its all gone now, the Nanas , aunts and uncles are mostly gone, I never see my cousins or anyone from that era, I miss them all dearly.
I felt sorry for the shleprock. Anyone who acts that bad on television definatly wouldn't run in any real circles. MEN just don't act like that in public.
great work bro, keep it up. i remember that episode and i remember a guy coming to pick up some money but he got told to go away. i always thought they had ties to the mob
I love these niche type episodes bro … my only question is , does Peter have any criminal charges related to organized crime , or is his affiliation with the life mostly speculative? Hopefully he sees this and wants to do an interview.
This guy was in the mob? 😳 I remember this episode. I use to love me some Kitchen Nightmares. I thought, when I was watching this episode of Kitchen Nightmares years back, that this guy was just playing a roll but as stereotype of East Coast Italian mobsters. But some of these cats actually act that way? 😳 Second to that is, and this is the real head scratcher, why the f__k would a mobster present his East Coast restaurant as a kitchen nightmare in need of a Brit (renowned as Gordon Ramsey is, and as far leveled up as the food scene and the UK and England has risen) to come in and rescue it? My understanding is, and I don't mean this as an opportunity to disparage people from the UK and England, historically England has not been well regarded for their culinary tradition. Germany and Mexico probably have historically been thought higher of in this sense than the English. But the French and Italians have been viewed highly, historically that is around, around the world for their culinary traditions. Albeit, the Kitchen Brigade system Gordon Ramsey came up in, was molded under, had its origins in a Lodon hotel restaurant, the system was created by a French man working as a chef I think in that hotel. That system spread across the world including to New York City and San Francisco. Look, you can find kitchen nightmares in Milwaukee. I'm certain of it. Local news 🗞️ used to cover some. So, while thank God, Gordon Ramsey's TV show never came to Milwaukee and shot an episode here, not to my knowledge anyways, nightmare's of restaurant kitchens are to be found here as well. Okay, so I'm not trying to blacken the eye of the East Coast over this. However, any mid to large (hell often, not always even small towns) city has outstanding restaurants with high industry standards for kitchens and chefs or cooks very good at what they do. Milwaukee has these as well and my "sense" (as opposed to certainty in knowledge across the board for eveyone) of local Milwaukee "culture" of *current times* is that the general sense of *PRIDE* among the better quality restaurants but in this case.... among thr local Italians and Sicilians in the local restaurant businesses, they would rather go bankrupt than have an Englishman or Scot or whatever Gordon Ramsey is, come to their Italian restaurant and PUBLICLY, INTERNATIONALLY, tell them how to fix things. Let alone anyone who was in the local mafia back in the day. Plus, they would near certainly, well to my impression or my imagination anyways, prefer to conduct themselves on camera like a Mikey Scars or John Gotti Jr. on his PBD interview. I'm truly shocked 😳 😲 to find out this guy was in the mafia. I thought the dude was just playing a tough guy roll and a bit of a caricature.
What the hell ??? You’re rambling about absolute lumping millions of people into what you perceive as “East Coast”. What adult talks like this? You need to get out more 😂 definitely from fly over country speaking like this smh. It’s jackasses like this all over the world. Down south, Midwest, etc. everywhere it’s jerk offs like this all over America.
I’ve seen that episode of Gordon Ramsey with Peter. I thought he was a little nutty especially when he gets into it with the gentleman outside. A little over the top. Great investigative work Jeff on the Reddit post and getting that picture of Peter in Florida. Thank you! Maybe you could do a video on Tom “Mix” Santoro?
Great show Jeff, he's certainly an interesting character. It would be great if you could get an interview with Peter. I wonder if he tunes into this Mob Genre on UA-cam? Tony Pizza mentions he would be disappointed if he reached out to you first instead of him. Apparently, it was Pizza's best friend.
Why run this bullshit restaurant when you are bringing in $20K per week? Why would you want the headaches of running a restaurant. From all the people I know who have been in the restaurant/food service industry they all say that it’s the biggest pain in the ass to run. Nothing but stress comes with the restaurant business. Did he have it just to look like they were doing something legit? A business to funnel the money through? I don’t know but the restaurant business is a horrible business to have. They say that about 90% of restaurants fail within the first couple years, which is a horrible stat to go up against
Laundering money,if your filing tax returns the government puts you to the back of the pile of people. If he was making 20k with no employment red flags immediately 😊
Mr. Nadu Good Show. That would be a good interview if you can get it. He probably lives in the Tampa area that seems like where all these old time Mafia guys and associates go to die. I remember Larry Bird from the Celtics calling Tampa Bay "God's Waiting Room" Happy and Healthy New Year to You and Yours
He probably has an uncle that’s connected, right?? There’s so many young weirdos that’s their goal in life to act like they’re a union delegate or they don’t have to work for a limit. It’s not a good look for the whole Northeast just get a job. Treat your family good and quit acting like you’re a wanna big gangster What’s the best that could happen to you?
According the Gambino family's street enforcer Anthony Caruana AKA Tony Pizza, Peter Pasta lived in his car on Angel Gotti's driveway. According to insider Tony Pizza, Angel Gotti stole all of Peter Pasta's clothes. A truly disturbing story.
FULL KITCHEN NIGHTMARES EPISODE STARTING PETER PASTA- ua-cam.com/video/umEgLp88eaQ/v-deo.html
"One of his only sons" at 2:48 was at a Carmine Lupertazi level...
Jeff it's funny how the debt collector in the show that came to the restaurant claiming money and saying pasta boy owed him money and a lot more others just saying
His street name was actually “Peter Peter the pasta eater”
I just got word from Scott Burnstein that as of 2025 Peter Pasta has taken the helm of the Bonnano crime family.
😂
😂😂😂😂
LOL
A.k.a Don Parmesan
Not much sauce on that dish 😂
I watched this episode with my son a few months ago and I told my son that I bet some of the guys including Peter was somehow connected with the Mob 😂

Most restaurants on these shows close. I wonder if they just sell off all new equipment and screw over creditors.
Peter Pasta..... Tony Pizza..... Louie linguini.... Charlie clams..... ONLY ONE EVER HAD MOB CONNECTIONS AND THAT WAS PETER.... 😲
I think it was Paulie Pizza. Not to mention Big Ralphie Risotto
What about Muscles Marinara?
