- Is there any tastier combination of guitars than these three Bourgeois Guitars?
On this episode, we're diving deep into the mesmerizing world of Bourgeois Guitars straight from Lewiston, ME. There's a reason they're celebrated for their world-class craftsmanship, and I'm excited to unveil that magic.
First up, we have the rustic and authentic Country Boy Dreadnought crafted from Mahogany-its tonal quality is going to leave you spellbound. Next, we'll be exploring the rich sounds of the Large Soundhole OMC with a Sitka spruce top; an absolute treat for any acoustic guitarist. And to cap things off, I'll be sharing my very own Custom OMSC, graced with an aged tone Italian Spruce Top.
Comparing these three guitars is like juxtaposing apples, oranges, and mangoes - each is unique in its own right, yet all bring something delectable to the table. Whether you're a player, collector, or just an acoustic enthusiast, there's something in here for you.

Beautiful guitars Tony..and playing! Awesome!
That third guitar and the pieces you played sounded like early Bruce Cockburn. That’s a huge compliment.
Custom OMSC sounds beautiful, and the way you play it... well, one word, perfect!
Each and every one sounded fantastic Tony, your playing is also a massive contribution in complimenting them as well, quite obviously!
I’m usually grabbing an electric guitar here but thanks to you and your TAC program I do still grab my 2 acoustics as well man 🤙
Cool show and I try to watch each week’s feed,
Tommy~
Liked all 3 Tony, would have loved to been with him working on that Stella. Guitar set up and repair is like guitar playing, always so much more to learn, and enjoy. Great show today thank you Tony.
That resonator banjo is so cool. Love all 3 guitars. Can’t decide between them.
I’ll vote for guitar #2. They all sounded beautiful, but #2 really captured my attention.
If I could have one, the guitar that spoke to me was the Large Sound hole OMC, beautiful looking and sounding. Hang on to that one for sure, it is special!
I liked the custom OMSC
I've loved your Custom OMSC since I first heard Matt play it (sneaky guy!!!). Now, my dream guitar is a 12-fret cutaway. I would really be interested in hearing you review one of the Bourgeois/Eastman Touchstone guitars!
The OMSC is a dream.
Thanks, tuning on the Custom OMSC? Beautiful
Love it. Shoot, thought you said Boucher! Sorry. I had a good bonus so I am considering upgrading from Boeswai tp Boucher.
UA-cam will not let me comment until you're done with you're commentg on all the guitars. AI in motion. Out of all your guitars for show, I'd pick the one you got at Heart Breaker Guitars. Its beautiful.
Listen to the resonating sound of the large hole!
Tony, I like Courtney Hartman Country Boy dreadnaught the best, what a cannon!
The large sound hole OMC... I watch a lot of videos on acoustics. Boutiques included, still few of them make me consider taking out a sizable loan for purchase... That Bourgeois OMC with figured mahogany back and sides might be my holy grail guitar... When I finished watching I was thinking, has to be at least $7k... Then I looked it up... Nope, $10k.... Alright, maybe someday! But... wow.
Hea Tony, loved the show. Think the large soundhole was best for me. And of course love your playing. But i have been rescuing some old Harmonys and fixing them up, but to see that Muddy Waters Stella i almost lost my mind. Can you amadgine playing that guitar. Thanx your friend Guy B. rUSKIN fl.
I liked the first one; the Dreadnaught Mahogony.
All of them are awesome. But the one with the large soundhole cut into my soul...😊😊😊
I liked the OM large mouth Bourgeois.
Apples, oranges and mangoes are the heart of a fantastic fruit salad. ❤ Each guitar is special in its own way. I really enjoyed all,but the Heartbreaker would probably be my choice (I have a couple of Adirondack over mahogany and don't need another)
Joe Bonamassa has an acoustic guitar case that seems to have been owned by muddy waters. Norm gave it to him there is a video out there about it. Think when joe was there talking about Proto tobacco burst
that OMSC or 00 coup is what i need, just have to convince myself to spend 10 grand
Asked a few weeks ago what is that condensor mic it looks interesting
Tony, you said "they shipped (the guitar) to you." How is your preferred method for shipping guitars in and out of Montana? Or anywhere else?
Hey Tony do you have any guitars from one thousand to 2400 range in your guitars Al

Actually I like them all, but I'm just now getting into alternate tuning lol
are these the ones made at the eastman plant in beijing?
I guess the three guitars are, all over $500 USD. I like the middle guitar you showed.
This this live anymore?
It is live. Every day
Ok. Let’s say I don’t have $10,000 to spend on a Bourgeois Custom OMSC but that’s the sound and look I’m going for. At maybe $3000. What are my options?
Such a bloviator
The Dude from #CheapTrick...HaHa #RickNielson Easy to remember, since his name is in the band's name. #CheaptRICK
