I just tried this and my husband approved so thank you. Only thing I did diffferent just to add my own touch is I added garlic powder at the end and mixed with a bag of spinach. Also used linguine .

Me too.I wonder if I add a little heavy cream or milk an a cup more of cheese will it taste good because I was thinking to stretch it further than 2 servings
Your recipes are so easy to follow and I used quite a few for my Christmas dinner and my fussy son LOVED IT! It was a Christmas miracle thanks to you!
Great recipe quick and simple better than take away rubbish. Thanks Chef.😊
Omg Chef Jack that looks fantastic and so tasty, as for the cracked pepper…yum
Great way without cream Jack 👍🇬🇧.
That's the way to do it, without all the unnecessary cream.... a little parsley/basil to finish would be nice!
Must give this a try, I've had that clumping issue most of the times I've tried to make cacio y pepe
Wish I had seen this last week! I made this but my sauce broke & separated. Now I know why. Thank you! My next try will be better ❤

What are your suggestions for adding garlic? 🧄 And at what stage?
Always love it when your videos come up.
All recipes, looks delicious thanks for sharing all.
Great video and you left me wondering if adding some minced fresh garlic would be a big mistake???
I added garlic powder at the end, just a little and it gave it a nice flavoring
That really looks yummy. Thank you Jack. X
Great simple recipe. Thanks Jack 😁

Great easy dish hope I can do it. 😂. Thanks for sharing mate. Best wishes for new year.
Parmigiano Regiano is very expensive in Sydney & hard to find. Can you recommend a swap out and what is the difference between parmesan & PR
Sometimes I use Grana Padano instead of Parmigiano Regiano, it‘s a little cheaper where I live.
I'm going to make this together with your meatball recipe, i think it will mix nicely.
Too much better for my liking. Thanks for sharing
Nice new kitchen!
Thanks
Love it must try this
using steel whisk on teflon pan?
It’s Hexclad.
Amazing you are Chef🎉
Can you make a video about preparing organ meats (Heart, kidney, liver)?
🤢
Delicious 😋
Pepper is good! 👍
Nice one
Mushroom alfredo next plz Chef
which Pan did you use ?
Hexclad
Looks good but it’s not like you’re avoiding dairy, and Alfredo sauce could really do with some garlic, no?
The point isn’t to avoid dairy. This is original Alfredo. You can add garlic if you want
You did not add 30 crack black peppers. I usually add the light cream. Thank you for giving me an ultimate idea of Fettuccine Alfredo
chicken broth instead of water? TYVM
You can use some white wine with the water. You’re welcome
I can do that
Butter’s main ingredient? 😬
I'd rather have the heavy whipping cream (or Evaporated milk) and GARLIC than Butter and Salt. Healthier and tastes so much better !!!
Can you add serving size and instructions to recipe in description
It is in the description section. Stroll to the bottom.
@@catherineharris27 i know , I meant can you add those thing to the recipe that’s in the description, he only put the ingredients
I still like cream with it
Me too.I wonder if I add a little heavy cream or milk an a cup more of cheese will it taste good because I was thinking to stretch it further than 2 servings
If you use cream, don’t worry about making the emulsion with water and butter 🙏
Basically Cacio e Pepe
@@charged very similar
😋
looks like buttered noodles, not creamy at all
That is thickest fettuccine noodles, looks like egg noodles.
He's actually using Pappardelle pasta, which is a lot wider than regular fettuccine.
That’s fettuccine my bud
Less Water! Need more Butter and Parmesan, need to be more creamy.
There is no traditional Alfredo Pasta.
There is now
"As much as I love using cream, it's not needed in this recipe"
No
He said he making traditional "alfredo"
I was looking for spaghetti without cream, thus this video directed me. The story would be different if he added cream, don't you think?
How did you become a chef? Can we hear your stiry
Left school at 15. Went to trade school, Worked in 15+ restaurants in my career and became qualified.
Too much butter.
Thought that was cheese before he said that lol
It didn't work it turned out chunky
or one portion 🤣🤣
