196 attempts and some more to try to do even better without success. Beats an old record of 2000 from Adam Hegyi in 39s69. It's also one second faster than the regular UV Max.
This run is based on having good movements and RNG. It's hard to shoot 2 rockets at the first cacodemon as the first one often push it away. Then you need to kill the baron with 5 rockets to be optimal. The mastermind has to shoot at the second cacodemon to start infighting and that can fail easily at such a distance, that's why I wait just a bit. Finally, it's all about having good RNG with the plasma damage. My idea was to NOT kill the first cacodemon with 2 rockets, so that it remains barely alive and can help killing the mastermind. It turned out that I still got a good time without that.
Sub-37 is doable with an even more perfect run I think? Still I'm happy with this 2 seconds improvement :) - Ігри

you should creddit the caco who fought the spider so you can defeat it without taking enough damage
Dis is even easier on nightmare because it doubles ammo which helps to kill the spider quickly the enemies attack much more frequently so they can deal a lot of damage to the spider and the spider herself doesn't benefit from this perk that much since already has an automatic weapon
