It's no surprise that Del Webb communities in Port St Lucie would have a beautiful clubhouse. This 55+ neighborhood is one of the newest 55+ active adult communities in Port St Lucie's Tradition area. Del Webb offers new home construction and ample recreation for active adults. Del Webb's clubhouse will be available for residence to use Monday May 18th. I took the liberty of sneaking in before the facility opened. Great video. Del Webb has a lot of info on their models and pricing. What they don’t seem to reveal is their HOA cost. Do you have any idea what this would be? Even ballpark estimate would be appreciated.
