How to make strawberry mousse [Yukari cooking researcher]

Hello☆I'm Yukari, a culinary researcher♪

・150g Strawberry
・100ml fresh cream
・30g granulated sugar
・1 tbsp condensed milk
・1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
・2g powdered gelatin
・1 tbsp Hot water
■ Jelly
・100ml/1tsp Water
・Strawberries
・25g granulated sugar
・1 tsp Lemon juice
・1g powdered gelatin
