Ganesh Chaturthi Special 2 in 1 Coconut Gulab Jamun Modak | Festival Sweet Recipe | Best Modak

Hey Guys,
Welcome to my youtube channel....hope you all are doing good. Today again i am sharing with all yet another sweet recipe COCONUT GULAB JAMUN MODAK. Modak is one of the favourite sweet of Lord Ganesh and the festival will remain incomplete without Modak. So lets start... and have a look at the ingredients below.
Ingredients:
For Gulab Jamun
Milk Powder - 1 cup
Sooji/Semolina- 1 Tbsp
All purpose Flour/Maida - 1 Tbsp
Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
Clarified butter/Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Milk - 1/3 cup(mix gradually)
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
For Modak
Desiccated Coconut - 1.5 cup
Consensed Milk - 1/3 cup
Rose syrup - 4 tsp
Clarified butter/Ghee - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
