I found a Paw patrol lookout in the trash on the side of the road, everything worked. My son was 3 and a huge Paw Patrol fan, we have gotten loads of use out of it. I didn't know it was so valuable! That Aviator Nation was a great find!

Brave man leaving your packages on the counter... I am hearing more and more resellers who have done that and their packages are getting stolen or lost. I always wait in line to have them scanned.

I’ve been watching Dad Planet it for a while. I think he does an excellent job he’s very knowledgeable in what he does he makes a good living at what he does. A reseller shouldn’t put his business out there selling one thing in particular because you never know when that item or that particular group of things go stale in the resell market so if you are selling several different things then you’re keeping your business going and that’s what he does he looks for several different things that he’s knowledgeable in and keeps his business going strong. He buys in at low cost and tries to get the most out of it that he can.
Dad Planet seems to be doing well for his needs. I mean, he makes more money than me and my husband combined!!! That's pretty darn good. He's got to keep a good balance between work and his kids too. I think he's doing great! And you seem like you're doing pretty well too making 7 figures. Good for both of you guys. Keep up the good work
First off, he's a 7-figure seller too, so I'm not sure your flex works on him. Second, your suggestion is to limit his scope? How does that make any sense to make more money? I've recently started expanding my knowledge and getting my hands on 10x the variety I used to and I'm making significantly more money reselling than I ever have.
@@bobbylee5584 my dad always told me don’t put your money all in one basket. Reselling is kind of like the stock market don’t put your money all in one stock. Because some days shoes might be a good seller the next day it might not toys might be a good seller and some days they might start dropping close the same way. You have to be flexible and have a little bit of each thing going at once so you always got sales coming in to keep your business running.
Unfortunately, the nearest Goodwill bins to me here on the northern prairie is more than 200 miles away.

I’ve never had an item stolen from leaving in on the counter , and I’ve sold thousands of items

While I do source on Weekends - I try as best I can to avoid it. Way too many people. I like getting in at open and getting out within 2-3 hours.
