Looks like a very nice neighborhood . How did you find your rental and can you negotiate a longer term / better price ? most of the Grocery items you were showing were US processed commercial brands . I imagine real food items are less pricey than in the US . Yes ? thanks for the info .
Retire in Panama If you are planning to retire in Panama we can help with Panama Residency Visa. Typical processing time is 6 months. We have an expedited service that takes 6 weeks or less.
You'll get way less than this for more 💰💰💰💰 in America. The best part about living in Panama is that you dont have to worry about Mass Shootings/not being able to afford to eat.
@@kennyroberts2703 there are no mass shootings. Prices have gone up while we have been here though. I am only going to say that there are pros and cons. We pay hardly any taxes and healthcare is really affordable. They do have free healthcare at public hospitals but the wait is crazy long. It’s so cheap at the private hospitals and clinics you might as well save yourself time.
@@waywardstrays, anything is better than paying almost all of your earnings to barely get by. I have 💰💰 left over after I pay bills/that's unheard of in the States.
Great video. Your house is great! Just the kind of thing I hope to find for my stay in Panama.
@@angelstar7656 this house is for sale now and you can probably rent it too.
Thanks for your openness.
Good info thanks😊

Word of mouth is how you find out about the best deals/everything is negotiable.
@@kennyroberts2703 thanks Kenny
@@timmaloney6441, no problem. People helped me when I got here, so I'm paying it forward.
So how much was 27 acres out there? we used to be stationed out there back in the day.

Thank you, but we are using an attorney that was recommended by the expats Facebook group
Well you get what you pay for, you want more you pay more!!
Totally true! I’m really not complaining. It’s more like pointing out common things you’ll find in homes and things to watch out for.
