thanks for the video. I have been trying to dial url using cisco collab tool.cucm will say "confirm your directory bla bla.In exp c,i can see the call under history.i can recieve sip url call from the same collab tool. The little knowledge i have is that anytime cucm reports that "confirm your directory" ,i know it is a partition problem or it cant find a route to that destination call.The default url is Directory url which is included in the css.I dont know what is wrong
