Just a thought. When creating a Partition or Calling search space I always put P_Name for Partition and CSS_Name for Calling search spaces to help in troubleshooting later. Also you should do 9. with discard pre-dot so you don't overlap with any future number plans. I get that this is just a basic video but as someone who troubleshoots CUCM's and Cubes / VG's it does help. Good video I hope you make more. same with Route Groups, Route Lists and MRGL's (IE RG_Name / RL_Name) MRGL_Name. Helps when searching through logs or when looking at informix information from the DB.
Many thanks for the video. i would like to asku you how connect the cucm with a cloud contact center (webex contact center or genesys). i have the idea to interconect using cuc (IVR) and tranfer the call to cloud (the tranfer handle has the option to tranfer to extension or URI)

Which ports on my router do I need to forward to CUBE? I got CUCM to initiate calls to my mobile number but no audio is coming through.
Great!
