I like your video very much. I lived in Tanzania as a Burundian refugee (1977-1982, 1984/1985) and I worked for the Geological Survey of Tanzania/Idara ya Madini-Dodoma. In 1978 I left Dodoma and spent the night in Arusha and the next day I continued to Moshi to visit a fellow Burundian who worked at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center (KCMC).
About the Tanzanian food, I still remember one nice restaurant in Singida town where we (the Madini people) always stopped to have a meal, Swai Bar in Dodoma, Dodoma Hotel run by the Tanzania Railway Corporation (TRC), restaurants in Nzega and local food in Kyerwa District (the food there was very similar to what we have in Burundi). I had to check the location of Naberera on Google Maps. My Swahili is still good and I could understand everything you said in that language.
