Right about on time. I've been dealing with pain on my right LCL which shows when letting my knees cave in a bit during squats and when reaching down on everyday life. I went to a PT and he told me I have no signs of injury but I have a lot of adductor tightness. It's probably an abductor weakness, which causes my knees to cave in, and causing excessive adductor recruitment and that ligament pain.

Perfect timing. Just started back squatting again after injury and the advice lines up with my PT too 🙌
Aren't knees caving in the sign of engaging the hip extensors? According to Menno Henselmans.
good info but the video it's quite stale without any visual cues. it is youtube after all so people want to see it.
