We got a Customer Complaint Two Days Later

It doesn’t always go well and sometimes you have hiccups. We had a customer complain about streaking on the windows although as a company, we have to take the hit for it however, we use this as an opportunity to train the guys up by reminding them to make sure they rinse the windows and do not allow the chemicals to dry on the windows, especially in the summertime when it’s warm out, you got a treat a section at a time, you can’t treat so far because the chemical will dry fast because of warm temperatures. #softwashing #pressurewashing #roofwashing #chasers #exteriorcleaning #drivewaycleaning ‪@powerwashingproga‬
