Couldn't agree more! Do I own leggings? Yes, for the gym and errands, and the occasional load-in day. But we cannot get so casual that we are wearing them to meetings and events!!

For BTS work that isn't client-facing, I get it - especially for your team. But I think we are far too casual in our world today.

You may be comfortable, and you should always aim to be comfortable in your skin and clothes. But don't forget that you need to dress in a way that is respectful of the business and the work you're doing. Too many of us are living and dressing for comfort and not for the luxury work that we want to be doing.
