Her voice is unique : It's soothing and energizing and the same time. Her message delivery is excellent as well, very concise yet comprehensive, a master at work! - Best wishes ;)
Email filtering is paramount: any subject that is blank, or that contains text such as: "!!!, $$, URGENT" etc. should be treated as insignificant and get relegated to: "Skip Inbox, Mark as Read" or be sent to SPAM. If someone complains that you ignored an email, you have the power of 'plausible deniability' as you can explain to them, "Oh, those dozens of dollar signs seem to have triggered my SPAM filter!" Most email can be filtered into the FYI status category and thus be virtually ignored. But since emails are searchable, I retain everything forever, whether I have even read it or not. And about every six months or so, I 'drag and drop' every text message string into email drafts, and save them in appropriate folders, making these both permanent and searchable. Spending one-half hour each year on adjusting your email filter will save you countless hours of having to wade through senseless email nonsense! - j q t -
