It depends - it has to be oil-soluble, otherwise it won't mix with your buttes and beeswax;)

it depends, but normally - yes, you can, as the majority of cosmetic crayons are made of waxes and pigments, so you can dissolve it in molten oils from the recipe

if you have an old lip balm container like the burt bees ones, pour the lip balm into that instead
