Imagine stepping into a world where history and modern comfort intertwine. The Casona's imposing facade, whispering of a bygone era, gives way to a luminous interior bathed in natural light. Lush greenery spills in from a central courtyard, the heart of the revitalized home. This verdant oasis, embraced by the shade of a magnificent oak tree, becomes a sanctuary for relaxation and connection with nature.
The architects, guided by a deep respect for the Casona's heritage, meticulously restored its original grandeur. Gone are the unnecessary modern additions, revealing the home's true essence - soaring 6-meter-high ceilings and timeless masonry walls. The local cucumber, the regional mango, and the ancient oak - silent guardians of the property - played a pivotal role in the design.
