  • I have always been a big fan of khandvi. But I was intimidated to try making Khandvi at home. I always found it difficult to make those rolls. So I cracked the easiest version and any one can now make it easily at home.
    Ingredients-
    Gram Flour 1 cup (बेसन 1 कप)
    Asafoetida 1/2 tsp (हींग 1/2 छोटा चम्मच)
    Turmeric 1 tsp (हल्दी 1 छोटा चम्मच)
    Ginger garlic green chilli paste 2 tsp (अदरक लहसुन हरी मिर्च पेस्ट 2 चम्मच)
    Salt (नमक)
    Oil 3 tsp (तेल 3 छोटा चम्मच)
    Water (पानी)
    For Frying
    Oil (तेल) 2 tsp
    Mustard seeds 2 tsp (सरसों के दाने 2 छोटे चम्मच
    Cumin seeds 1 tsp (जीरा 1 छोटा चम्मच)
    Curry leaves (करी पत्ते)
    Seasme seeds 2 tsp (तिल 2 छोटे चम्मच)
    Red chilli powder 1 tsp (लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 छोटा चम्मच)
    Coriander leaves (chopped) धनिया पत्ती (कटी हुई)
