@@i_d_krando I got it to work shortly after i got it. After u take a pic u take the sim card out and put it into the side of the laptop (u have to hold it in) and then download pics.
Same issue. How did you fix it? The camera has the tiny sim but my MacBook Pro does not have any compatible hole to put that in as you’d suggested below. Pls help!

Thank You so much I had a Nikon that stopped working and I picked this one up, because it was waterproof and I was lost it took me a whole weekend to figure this one out. It is a bit crazy but it grows on you. But who puts the place to put the plug in inside with the batteries. Plus it takes a small camera card and AAA batteries. Everything was different then my camera.
Me too! Did you figure it out? E drive is showing but it is empty. In camera I do have the pics. How did you solve the issue? Would appreciate your help! Thx a lot
Did you ever figure it out? I tried my laptops on system as well as Polaroids program and it still doesn’t work at all I’ve had it for two years and can’t get pics off
Your camera may not be on the "E". With the "E" drive showing, unplug your camera and see if the "E" drive goes away. Remember, your camera must be turned on while plugged into the pc for the drive of the camera to show up.
i just unboxed this but, how do i open up the battery part? im sorry i know its a dumb thing to have an issue with but i just cant open it. do i have to use something to open it?
The battery compartment has a slide lock on the bottom of the camera. Undo the lock and then slide the battery compartment away from the camera about 1/4 inch. It will drop open.
Cameras and other electronics update all the time. The first camera I had like this mentioned sharing via youtube and twitter whereas this one does not. When I had the other one there was no mention of wifi connection or anything so I was unsure how they did it. You can transfer photos and videos from the camera to a cell phone with an adapter that will read a micro sd to your phone because I had one. Using your cell phone as the access point you can load videos from there. You just pull the card from the camera and plug it into the adapter and away you go.
Press the button marked video on the back of the camera and then press the "Take picture button to start the recording. The camera records sound but doesnt play it due to no speaker. When you transfer it to your pc and replay it, you will hear the sound.
I have that camera now and have usb cable attached but nothing is showing up om my laptop. I have a chromebook acer loptop.
