For what it’s worth there is a free plugin called ‘Kerovee’ (I think) which has a preset called male to female that sounds exactly like the porter robinson high vocals, I’d recommend you check it out!

this also sounds a lot like a Phantom Sage song. I know he took a lot of inspiration from Porter Robinson, but the vocals sound very similar to Crystal Clouds by Phantom Sage.
