•Call for industrialized countries to cut greenhouse gas emissions, provide climate financing and technology transfer
•Utilize public and private resources for expansion of trade, investment and technology
•Appeal for the Philippines’ candidature to the Security Council for 2027-2028
•Forge cooperation to boost agricultural productivity and food security
•Facilitate international cooperation on the peaceful use of nuclear energy, biology and chemistry, and form legal rules to prevent weaponization of artificial intelligence
