It should be legal to remain anonymous in all states. People doubt the lottery winners everyday so it won't make a difference, but saving people's lives will.
I totally agree
Lovely video content! Sorry for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you researched - Rondalyn Coinage Carnalite (search on google)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for making cash with this effective copy and paste system minus the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy got excellent results with it.
Just wonderful, been searching for "what are the odds of me winning the lottery?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Eenroofen Psychological Expediency - (do a google search ) ? It is a smashing one off product for discovering how to find your lucky day to help you win the lottery without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my co-worker got cool success with it.
Why do ppl doubt it
I Agree
Winning the lottery can be really dangerous. I wish you could stay anonymous in all states
Man real talk and 100 that what i say

You can here in England 🤘
Yes I agree on that
Yea but they need the views .. they all about rating.. that’s how they make more money off of it
This attorney in the video was charged with fraud from another video I saw recently. He stole one a Million dollars along with members of the mod according to the story I saw. Scary who do you trust these days when you win the Lottery. Life changing for sure in So many ways. It should be up to the winner to remain anonymous if they want to not the states.

I saw this guy's swindling nature in various media. Not a trustworthy guy...I wonder why he is never investigated.

Hmmm 🤔. Think his name is Jason Kurland
He stole from South Carolina's big anonymous winner, and he is on trial about it.
People get robbed and attacked for a dollar, imagine if you have millions. The lottery authorities need to use common sense and protect winners. Or else there could be a lawsuit if a winner gets stalked and killed. 🤯
@christopher hennessey Mofos get put down for winning the lottery all the time afaik.
This was great, been searching for "lotto systems that work" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of this site *4WinLottery. Com* Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got cool results with it.
Turns out this lawyer was the guy actually robbing the lottery winners

If you’re unable to remain anonymous, legally change your name to a common name so that the announced name isn’t yours. Release a press announcement with identifying details that don’t natch you at ALL. “I’m gonna retire from teaching and spend it on my grandkids” makes people think it’s an old person who won. Throw people off your trail. Don’t live large. Look normal. After a few years, change your name back.
If only it were that simple.....
That's actually smart!!!
@@InvestBetter. Why wouldn't it be?
But would you have enough time legally chance your name before you have to claim the ticket and they announce who the winner is ?
#1. When ever you go to a store to buy a lotto ticket, Always wear some sort of Disguise. And never park your car in the store parking lot. Just about every store has video cameras, inside and outside. Rest assured, when the media finds out which store sold the winning ticket, you can bet they'll be wanting to see all the stores surveillance camera videos, to see who bought the winning ticket.
#2. Never EVER check your ticket(s) at the store (unless you wear a disguise) or on a lottery app. If you do, you can be identified, (remember the stores have surveillance cameras). And the Lottery app has your phone number.
#3. Prior to claiming you winnings, establish a trust. Have a trust/lawyer claim you winnings on behalf of the trust.
#4. Prior to claiming your winnings, rent an apartment in a secure building in another state and get an I.D./driver's license in that state. But dont move there. Its just a decoy. Then claim your winnings in the state you bought the ticket some states like Texas, you have to be a resident in order to play. So check the rules for your particular state.
#5. If you do go and personally claim the winnings. Again, wear a disguise. A hat, sunglasses, covid mask and a wig. Again, check the rules for your particular state.

You're gonna need gender reassignment surgery to fool anybody.
Become transgender with makeup for a day then wear a costume to collect. Pretend you *accidentaly* revealed your identity and now everyone will think its a woman who won, but you're actually a man.
That's a crook they just arrest that crook he stole from all those lottery winner
Exactly. He is a crook.
Lol! I like the part when he mentions that friends and neighbors will try to give advise on what to do with the money. Because they talk like it was there money and guilt trip you for not following there advise. And they will try to include themselves for helping. Also when the money is all gone those people seize to exist.
I already have a couple of cousins who come begging for money. I can imagine what they would be like if I won the lottery.
That's your fault because you've "helped" them in the past. You actually didn't help them you enabled them. I found the best help to give people is to leave them alone.

It's hard because you'll have to pay huge taxes if you don't spend..lol..
As a Mexican I would literally be killed, My family in Mexico already thinks I'm rich even tho they are genuinely living in nicer houses than mine,I can't imagine how much They'd expect me to give them if I won the lottery
True that. I thought of my extended family as well. Even though my mother is retired and elderly they still feel they have a right to pull money from the rest of the family in the states. One of us winning the lottery would get us killed.
Lol.....
You don't tell them you entered and "go on a holiday"
You can form a Claiming Trust and Bridge Trust is hide you identity
Honestly watching all these lottery videos makes me super nervous and now I want to just stop buying tickets. It's just to much pressure. Plus if there was no way to stay anonymous I would be a little worried for my life lol. Literally if people found out I won the lottery I feel like I would get robbed or kidnapped or something lol. You never know what could happen
Absolutely, it’s still a gamble even after the win … really exhausting to think about what to do next … the guy Edwin Castro who won the $2.1B spends nearly $200k per month on body guards and security …not to mention people might try to kidnap his family or hold people for ransom … Ive even heard of lottery winners pets being kidnapped or murdered 😬 I think being able to win and have fun is a thing of the past , todays winners are just targets for criminals in most cases

He advises you to take the lump sum because he gets the largest bite at once. If you go annuity he is not going to get paid in full at once. he has to wait to get the full amount. And if something happens to you, decided to divide your will ... he has to go through a process to get paid. In short it is not complicated for him.
That is my assumption by the way
Taking lump sum stste, fed n local taxes get larger portions .and they also in some states add a windfall tax, inheritance tax irs after you win big money get 40%so by doing that you are in lower tax brackets and I think if they adversely you won,( they should not say example jackpot is 74million they should say after taxed on annuity or lump sum the jackpot is not 74mil but 33 mil its truthfully advertised as the true amount you will have available in 15-20 buisness days holidays can mess up your accessibility to when, $ actually hits bankand immediately I would be takin out max banks allo( 5,000$ a day) u can have the money put in several banks to be able to withdraw more but I would buy gold n fk what intrest I would loose if banks were robbed and 1.5mil of bank $ was stolen u would be guaranteed 150,000.back and if banks borrowed money from ur account for city projects or other loans your out more.banks do use patrons with larger amounts of money to loan to other borrowers. Did u know that.
Btw you are right about that
I myself was shocked that Jason said that the LUMP SUM was the better option. Usually Lawyers would tell you that an ANNUITY is the better option. With the LUMP SUM, it's a bigger temptation to blow through it REALLY quickly. Using 700 Million as an example, and compounded taxes at 66 percent, you get a lump sum of 238 million take home winnings. With the Annuity, you get a check for about 4 million a year for about 20 years. 4 million a year is much easier to NOT blow than it is getting 238 million in one check.
Friend of mine joked that if he won the lottery he would go about collecting it in a number of ways:
1) He would either go in full costume (mask and all) and collect it that way.
2) Give one worded answers or sentences that have no more than 10 words (basically be as boring as humanly possible).
3) Be absolutely rude and snarky to reporters there.
4) Grow out his beard and dye his hair/change his sense of dress for a few days and collect the winners (all while being boring as possible) and then once its over, immediately pack up and head out of the city for a few days and have a close/trusted friend house-sit for him (also while preplanning where to go immediately after winning the lottery)
That would be cool. But maybe even changing appearance to collect. Create a face new hair etc
I read that a Lottery Winner did number 4 in a way. As soon as the press conference was over, he took a Taxi to the Airport and flew out of the Country and when he came back, the hype over his win had died down as like 5 other people had also won the Lottery...😏
No lottery winner is gonna go to this guy any more!!!!
Right?! 😂

I bet they have lawyers, tax attorneys, banks, and financial advisors all waiting after you sign. All in same building and company
As well as the state, county, fed tax guys 1st thing they are going to ask..have you ever filed taxes. Not to the best of my knowledge that living below poverty was taxable .amd then once they're done bet the people who have real estate to invest in through state seized forclosures on taxes owed bankruptcy foreclose would be nice place to purchase land pennies to dollars cheaper than a regular real estate agent die to closing costs ,finder fee ect.

Not the best decision... Staying quiet help a great deal in my opinion.
Move to dubai .. no one can tell if your a millionaire ..
Lol I'll first move to a random high class hotel where nobody knows I am and stay there till I get a financial lawyer
Weird. In my country it's not even allowed to reveal the identity of the winners. Unless they tell somebody, nobody will know .
What country is that?
@@Isaac-ci5wyIt's probably Latvia. 😏 I remember someone saying something like,"America publicly shows who the Lottery Winners are? How horrible and horrifying! In my Country, Latvia, we don't publicly show who the Lottery Winners are. Lottery Winners are paid privately anonymously in Latvia. America REALLY needs to start following the Latvia way when it comes to Lottery Winners, and fast!"
I’m not a gambler, per se, but anonymity would be a GR8 protection! IJS.

This dude is in trouble for stealing his clients lotto money. He made them all come forward too.
I am watching this because I thinking about winning the lottery
It should be our choice if we stay anonymous or not.
Come off social media, change your number and move immediately!
That's what Mr. and Mrs. Acosta did about 5 years ago when they won about 580 Million before taxes. They moved to a disclosed location and deleted all Social Media Accounts. They released a statement through their Lawyer saying something like,"We want to enjoy our Lottery winnings in peace and anonymity. Thank you." Smart couple. 😀🤓
Winning huge in the lottery puts a target on your back.
Here's one (1) thing I hate about taking the lump sum over the yearly installments...
That's a LOT OF MONEY YOU'RE THROWING AWAY!
We'll keep it simple w/this example:
Jackpot: 100 Million
Payout: 30 Years
Yearly Payout (Before Taxes) = $3.3 MILLION PER YEAR
Taxes: 50%:
Actual Payout: $1.6 Million Per Year
Payout/Lifetime: $48+ Million Dollars
Now, let's look at that same payout but this time, we'll use the LUMP SUM
Jackpot: $100 Million
Payout: 65% Lump Sum ($100 Million x 65% = $65 Million Dollars)
Taxes: 50%
Actual Take Home Amount: $35 MILLION
So, you can either take $35 MILLION and have fun keeping track of all that money at once or take $1.6 million home per year for the next 30, which will actually allow you to take home more money and easier to manage per year....
Even if the taxes aren't that high, depending on who you talk to, one would still come out ahead taking the yearly payouts vs lump sum!
I agree, and been saying the same thing myself. Lots of idiots on this blog making jokes, and stupid statement(i.e. "I'm from Australia""I'm from UK"). Then shut up idiot it doesn't apply to you, and you wasting peoples time. YOU sir, have contributed smart, valued info in your post! Well done!
Only thing might make me change my mind about annuity is if the winner is say, 60 Y.O., you may not live to see full 30 year payout. I know it can be willed to family, but if they are dirtbags you may want the Lump. What do you think ItzAnOpinion?
Totally agree because you are 100% correct. Lump is robbery.
Some states payout over 20yrs / 25yrs or XX either way your annual check is increased by approx 5% each year. So your last 10 checks are really nice.
Keep your mouth shut. Leave your local area immed.
A 1% lawyer fee is Too Much. $300hr for 30hrs is plenty IMO.
Copy the ticket and sign only the Copy. Hide the Original until you decide.
Dump your phone and use disposables for at least 6mos.
Get multiple condo's. and set up multiple bank accounts.
Do not live Large but vacation and eat well . . . Invest in Tesla.
James M.
I’m ok with that but Tesla? His stock is expensive. Keep you eye on pot stock provided an idiot like Biden doesn’t get elected potus because he wants to lower the scheduling from 1to2 which still makes it troublesome.
I’d just flat leave the USA for Canada or a Latin country like Costa Rica. Money stretches there & no GMO crap. But my original? Begs. I’m 53 & I seriously don’t think I’d live long enough for 30 year pay out.
It depends. Someone who is 85 years old may not have 30 years worth of installments left and may be better off with the lump sum.
The installments is good protection for someone younger to protect him from going on a spending spree. Most lottery winners go back to being broke within 5 years with the lump sum.
You realize you can invest the lump sum yourself. You need to factor in ~8% historical return in the stock market to make it comparable.
The 35 million will grow into way more than the 48 million over a 30 year period even if you invest in just bonds.
Imagine you agree to a trust fund and your name still goes out the public

Attorneys are the last people to trust. Use your common sense do your own reserch lawyers will squeeze every single dollar they can off of you. financial planners are the same , you dont know these people dont trust anyone trust yourself. Its not rocket science. the one thing I agree on is keep your mouth shut dont even tell your family.
TRUST NO ONE
The attorney advised sign the winning ticket, but he didn’t caution (if necessary) to sign, as the “winner”, or if the winner opts to create a trust, sign as trustee of the XYZ Trust?
Be careful creating a trust, the trustee has full ownership of all the money. A trust transfers ownership to another person, place or thing. The winner must ask the trustee to release the money, after all, it is his or hers money.

Agree about the keep quiet. But I say, turn in the ticket immediately. Immediately. Once you turn it in, it can't be lost, it can't be stolen, it can't be burned up in fire, washed away in a flood or blown away in a storm. Most importantly, once you turn it in, it become exponentially harder for someone else to claim it is really their.
Don't try to pretend that you are player. You're not. You're just someone who got lucky. Shut upand pay your taxes and proceed from there. You can put together your "team" in the afternoon but turn in the ticket first. If some lawyer, CPA or financial advisor starts whining about how you should have done this or should have done that, walk out. Their job is to help you most successfully do what you have decided to do. You above all are protecting your mental stability and your character by not playing any games.
You notice he didn't answer the question how much does he charge that's what I don't like I don't trust somebody who doesn't upfront give an example

I have a somewhat unique name and live in a state that seemingly does not even allow claiming the prize through a blind trust. As such, I will have to find a different way to amass my fortune.
Whoever does win should take the lump sum and put whatever is left over after taxes and other exit I municipal bonds. The interest will be tax free, and you can live off that.
Having a common name would be a blessing because they won't know exactly which common name won. Bonus points if it's also in a highly popular City/State. For example,"Melissa Johnson in Miami, Florida won 700 Million," would be a LOT luckier than, Rubashka Coubretry in Lost Springs, Wyoming won $700 Million." Lost Springs has only a population of SIX people, so for all we know, it could be all SIX people living in one house. So, Rubashka Coubretry living in Lost Springs wouldn't be anywhere near as lucky as Melissa Johnson who lives in Miami Florida. Miami, Florida has a population of almost 500,000 people. Lost Springs has only 6 people. It's easy to see Melissa would fare far better than Rubashka...
Just move to that state to collect the money then come back. Bingo 😂
It's sad that governments care more about money than people's lives

Because if I ever were to win, if the prize is over 250,000$ I’m gonna remain anonymous, because based on statistics lottery winners lives who showed themselves on the news ended up either spending it all so nobody could steal the riches, or they become so stressed and paranoid about their money being stolen they turn to drugs, of course not every lottery winner does this but with such Financial power in your hands you should always remain invisible to the press. winning the lottery should give you a choice of either your name, or anonymous or your alias name.
