Ken is 100% top 5. Anyone saying otherwise is downplaying to a ridiculous degree. Really cringe that they are needing to build Angry Bird up by saying that Ken's not Top 5. If you've watched the Birds content, they routinely move characters up in the tier list immediately after they've lost to them 🤣 Lily, for example. They can play the game, but they are fucking clowns & liars when it comes to rating characters. All based on their own personal bias, and not matchup data. At first, I thought they were doing a comedy bit, but I learned that they were being serious, and I lost some respect for them. Especially Angry Bird.

Just because u lose to Kens jinrai loops and you don't understand how to counter it doesn't mean Ken is top 5 . Look at tournament data if you want further proof , Ken only won evo at the begining stages of the game when nobody knew how to counter dragon lash .. no ken has won anything big after that , doesn't that indicate something ?
You can't convince me that Ed is not top tier... In the sense that he is pure knowledge check. I feel like most characters have a few moves that they win based upon. Does your opponent know how to respond. But Ed I feel like has way way more trickery than average. But also sucks that I have to buy the character to f****** lab it, so maybe that's what it is too Edit: I still get blown up by Jinrai , so everything I say needs to be taken with a large grain of salt.
He's A tier at best. He's got very good offensive tools but poor defensive ones. His normals are both good and bad depending on if your opponent decides to jump or not. Not to mention he's just difficult to play in general, you're gonna be putting in some serious work against a character like Ken.
