Being new to Max, this is right in line with what I am hoping to accomplish. This is really quite amazing and mystifying for someone in my position. I would love to see a tutorial. Please don't abandon this channel! I just subscribed in hopes that you will be back with more Max videos.
This is beautiful ! You're not creating a music, but a dialogue in a new world ! I love it, keep going to discover you world. Vol.2 of you first 1album is it planed ? :)
As an ambient producer myself, you left me speechless. Your composition is so good. Could you please explain what you have done in the max msp. Thank you so much.
All using BEAP a modular package within Max. The upper left hand corner is a scale C major (i believe?) going in to a gate for volume and filter--it creates a plucked sound. Then to a reverb. The bottom left is the bass sound with a similar setup and an extra oscillator with one going through a wave shaper to add grit and no reverb. The granular samplers on the right are left to play on their own perhaps with the exception of the farthest right granular module that is receiving some midi from the same key--the offset in the granular samps sets the register. Some vocal samples told to play at a given metronome in random order into reverbs. That is pretty much it. Nice job!

Now this is interesting I have Max and never looked at it but after this I just may although VCV Rack is taking up quite a bit of my time at the moment. Have you looked at VCV Rack it would suit you style of music making. Excellent work.
Hi, I'm really inspired by your work, and i'm working on a similar project myself. I'm just wondering what kind of sound samples you are using to create that nice drone sound with the granular synthesis?
No, I only use MaxMSP for sound art or generative works. That song was made with Ableton Live, primarily using a VST called Zebra 2. It's my favorite synth for making ambient/cinematic synth pads. Thanks for your kind words :)
Since there is no bpatchers or subpatchers you can rebuild it your self. I recommend this so you can understand what is going on--but simply put, I rebuilt this same patch by: All using BEAP a modular package within Max. Lovely! Wish you had a video explaining your build process.
It nearly makes my tear fall.
This makes life worth living
For the love of all that is good, PLEASE share this patch
You should be able to just build it by looking at the screen right
@@cfcreative1 Is that right?
Love it, had me hooked all the way through!
This is SOOOOO good man !
This is beyond words
Nice music! And I really enjoyed the simplicity of the MIDI quantizer generating rhythmic variation. Congrats.
Super beautiful!

Hi TYMELAPSE, Hope that you are doing well in these times. Is there any way you would share the patch? Would love to use it in max! Thank you!
Really man, you’re serious as hell.
Nice work 💯
Would it be possible to license one of these songs to use in a documentary I'm editing?
This is amaing, how would a beginner to Max approach something like this? :)
I love it

YEAH! very nice
Hey I would like to know what are the object you've used in your patch
What a WORK.. Thx
Idk what you do, but it sounds fucking beautiful, it's not just a show off of technology. Can you make more and explain/hel me make it?
If you don't mind me asking, is this the software that you used to create We Became Strangers? If not, what did you use? I love that song so much.
