Yep-I bought my home for 160K about 9yrs ago. I can sell it today for $340K if I wanted to but I'm happy with the area, My neighbor bought her home around the same time as I did and it's smaller than mine but she made DOUBLE the price she paid for her home in less than a week of it being on sale. Your right it's CRAZY now!
Hi miss, I don't know if you have time to answer this but how did you become so successful in real-estate? I'm only 16 but I'm extremely interested in this field of work and you being a powerful black woman to see doing big things is motivating!
Demand which will or is been driven by companies moving to Carolinas. Apple will be opening a campus close to the triangle area ( talent from the universities).
Wow! Living up North has me leary of making the move I want between S.C. and N.C. Especially since I'm thinking we'll have to do a new build from ground up. Not ready until next year, but looking to see what's out there. In need of a handicap accessible house. Master suite and guest suite on main floor a must! Open floor plan and level flooring in showers also a must. Do you have anything like that? My favorite was master and guest room location.
Thanks for sharing Victoria! The entire floorplan/layout of this home is incredible. Love the dining area with the three cut outs. The master suite is lovely along with the master bathroom/closet. The loft area is massive (so much can be done in that space). Appreciate the natural light throughout. Enjoy your weekend!!!
I just moved to North Carolin and the prices of homes are ridiculous. So expensive a couple of people told me you should have moved here 3-4 years ago im thinking I made a mistake moving here. It's a lot of jobs and opportunities herebut this state is pricing me out of a home. 700,000 chile ridiculous.
I’m considering the Charlotte area, but prices like this do not add up. May as well stay in the more expensive parts of the country where my salary is higher.
Even though I have a good job I will have to work my full time and a partime jobb just to live somewhere decent I'm very disappointed in the housing prices .
Can’t believe you didn’t highlight the outdoors area in the rear of the home that includes the fireplace. The area can be screened in to create another room for entertaining.
Hi I'm interested in moving to Charlotte within the next year. Are there any houses on the market $300k and lower. Just started to do research and it seems like most of the houses is $400k and up.
I love how they separated the master bath from the master bedroom and the washer/dryer room is huge. Huntersville is an expensive and congestive place to live. The whole Lake Norman area is too much for me. Let's go back to SC next time.
Hi everyone, does the price of the house include at least $300/week for housekeeping? Lol. Coz it would be a doozie to keep this much house neat 🥴. Also, Victoria, I love this new way of presenting your videos where the camera person shows us the rooms a bit more; that helps us see each room a little longer after you have presented it to us. Awesome 👍🏾
700,000 is disrespectful. You all must see "stupid" written on everyones faces. This is a lil common house. I've been in apartments bigger and more beautiful than this. You all need to stop bnb playing.
$700,000?! I might as well move back to San Diego.
This is really nice but the price tag compared to 3/4 years ago is completely insane. God have mercy 😰😰

@@donmckinney4091 Less than a week? Wow!!
I love her voice 😍
This is beautiful 🤩🤩🤩
I was in awe with the first floor that I completely forgot there was a second floor. It's a beautiful home!

Love how the dining area is separate but still open. 🏡
Why have all the homes doubled in price ? What happened to the normal 350 to 400k homes???

A lot of demand. All these rich people are going around gentrifying everywhere :(
Exactly, I’ll wait cause I’m not paying $700k. What goes up must come down at some point lol
@@ob2be1 only issue I saw was how close the neighbor's houses are. For that much a little more land would be ideal.
You can still find homes within the $400k range I promise. Classica is known to be a more luxury builder, which explains the home price.

Thank you Erica!! I appreciate your support always! I hope you enjoy your weekend😄
I love this house
This is a NICE house
Agreed!😃
The kitchen is my favorite part of this home but I would want more land in this price range.
Hey, i notice you do more NC than South. Do you have more or can you do more in SC, On the border?

Really like the house! Smaller on the outside but inside IS SO spacious. $700k is quit alot for that though

Way to high in price but it is beautiful
This isn't 4 beds its 9 beds and massive living area wow definitely dream home
In the Northwest this home would easily go for $1.2 million+.
I can’t believe the price!
Do you have new homes with full basement no hoa and a upstairs
Really is my dream home please god let me win the lottery 🙏
Me too!😩
My God Bless and grant your wishes!
I thought this house was a one story but it was two story so hidden
so when a guy try’s to break in oh I’m going upstairs [Gosh Dang!!!!]
LOL😃 I really love the 1.5 options as well
What is a 1.5 option? [Gosh Dang!!!!]
Oh the first comment! [Gosh Dang!!!!]
