There will still be a lot of development around the loop, still plenty of neighborhoods and commercial to be developed. Probably no more master planned communities because there aren’t any tracks large enough yet but still plenty of builder neighborhoods
Kyler, we have a 10 year timeline for building a house. Which is a better option overall to buy a plot High meadow estates west, Cedar or Republic grand ranch ?

Wow Houston is officially become overpriced. 900 K for these average looking houses a few years ago these houses would’ve been half the price
