Awesome video showing us how to care for these sweet little Birdies and awesome for setting up Channel Membership and also good choice for background music lots of hugs to you and all your birdies and everyone here in your Channel 😊❤
I noticed you feed them mealworms? Is that right? When I want to tame them from what day would you start handrearing them ideally? And what are you feeding? Just formula? Mealworms? Many thanks
I give them mealworms during the breeding season as it's rich in protein Any age of finch is okay for handfeeding, but I prefer after they get feathers (20-30 days) Use a handfeeding formula mix for small birds, you can buy online or at the pet store
@@dennythebudgie Many thanks. Do you feed the mealworms already when they lay eggs or start when the babies have hatched? I offered my couple mealworms today, they did not show any interest in it. They are just laying eggs I reckon. When I take 3 out of the nest after 20 days and leave the rest would the partents still look after the rest of them? I find it cruel to take all the babies away.... What do you think?
hey i am a quiet old fan and you are my first to go when i want to learn about birds , i have got 4 pairs of zebra .. sadly one of the males got injured badly by the other zebras while he was protecting its nest , i took the injured zebra and put him in a small cage alone , what else should i do ? one of his eyes are swollen and he lost alot of feather beside his injured head :( all i can do now is keeping an eye on him and feeding him , let me know please if theres anything else to do , its hard to find good vets where i live ..

Hi admin pls can you give some advice I have 4 on this and now thy have eggs I don't know what exactly to do because I keep only in small cage
They never stop laying eggs, you can keep chicks, sell them or gift them
Hey so do i leave a shower for them there all the time ? Great vid btw
Put a small dish in the cagr or attach bird bath on the cage and they will bath whenever they want, usually at the morning or at sunny days
Belle vidéo ❤
Merci
