Lucky enough to be there the next time these two played together. Had to be 300 people packed in the street and everyone was
supercharged with joy listening to Allie play and sing with that mesmerizing voice and Fionn not missing a beat. Kid has ice water
running thru his veins.
I love the atmosphere of street busking and was amazed when the boy started singing. Would like to have been there. Never tire of that song. Thank you.

Petra, glad to see you got a chance to check out this amazing performance ! It was about 5 years ago I watched you reacting to a much younger Allie performance on the Ellen Show. Allie's voice has only gotten better ! Richer and a little deeper and she has learned how to weave that soft whispering voice with her powerful belting vocals as you mentioned, the maturing of an amazing artist ! Fionn is an amazing young man also ! You mentioned that tear in his voice, just as you had Allie's 5 years ago ! I think Allie see's her youngerself in Fionn ! Did you catch some of those harmonies, beautiful ! Allie with just her guitar and amazing voice, and many other amazing talented buskers like Fionn here in one live take, delivers what most other UA-cam artists need a studio and production team to accomplish ! Allie does it time after time after time, giving her millions of fans amazing almost every time ! I would recommend you check out Allie and Fionn's cover of " Perfect", there is a special moment at the end ! Hope to see your reaction to it !

Wow... this kid is really good. I like the little "squeek" he puts in there. Not sure what that is called. And yes, this lady has always been good in my opinion. (Edit) I almost forgot, my dance students love your singing and were asking who you were. They thought you were a professional singer miss Petra, which is what almost everyone has been telling you. You are good.

If I were to pick the one of these two whose vocals I like more, I'd have to say... Fionn - fo' sho'.
What I focus(ed) on most is the ending of the word, "Hallelujah," each time it's sung. They're both somewhat similar in this particular cover, but I prefer his vocals over hers.

I like this song very much. And both artists did the song justice. Very well executed.
Sometimes I have problems with Ally Sherlock. As you said, sometimes she sings with too much power, with less dynamics and somehow without soul and tenderness. And far too often with this “tilt of voice” as I call it. That's what kind of annoys me when I listen to her songs for a while.
But here she really sang very appropriately.
And the boy seems very talented, with that special tear in his voice, as you called it.
I hope everything is well for you, Leona and the whole family and I would be happy to see more reactions from you soon. (But no pressure, please.)

Well I personally will never listen Lucy Thomas who maybe a nice artist. This video is concerning Fionn and Miss Sherlock who graciously sang for us . They performed a outstanding live performance with their natural voices . Wonderful

After hearing Lucy Thomas sing this song when she was 16 and simply CRUSHING IT it is hard to watch/listen to this !!!! Lucy is simply the best version !!!!
Then you are not much of a connoisseur of music. Lucy is great, but this is completely different and also very good.
I haven't seen Lucy do this. She is very good but I believe she is more of a recording studio artist. Allie and Finn are street singers.
