crank each individual cylinder by doing compression test. thats the best method IMO.

Any engine can be cleaned...our 3 lac kilometres driven city engine is just white inside.....But consumes oil....so being white inside is not a good sign to purchase engine....

These are terrible way to check engine .Best way to check engine is by turning it over at crank shaft and checking for compression at spark plug you can get that spark compression tester really cheap if compression is within respectable range you are good you have to check compression of each plug.If your intake and exhaust are closed you should not get oil on all plug you may get it on one or two but not all.Taking valve cover and checking valve will not tell tell you what going on piston and crankshaft.Sorry I don't know how to write in urdu but check compression at spark plug if that's good you engine will be most likely good don't buy it with just looking at spark pkug or vlave cover.
