good afternoon from Saudi Arabia. i've asked this questions to a number of travellers. no answer. will cycling be allowed up the climb? are there any refreshment stops on the route or at the peak? thank you.

You can see a guy climbing up by cycling.. and Yes you can go.
There are no refreshment points in the middle. You need to climb 72 hairpin bends to reach the top and to find shops.
@@edwindeva007 thank you, Edwin. i did two tours from Bangalore to Ooty in 2016 and 2017. in 2016 they allowed me to ride through Bandipur. in 2017, they flatly refused. i'm planning a solo tour from Goa(home) to Kanyakumari via Jog Falls, Munnar, Valparai. then follow the coast till i find a suitable place to divert to Kolli Hills. your video has given me an idea of what tyres i should use and what spares and nutrition i need. ride safe as always and stay upright.
