Love your projects. First I have watched you. I think many of us struggle with too many WIPS and wanting to try and make more progress. Many it’s part of the DNA of a stitcher to get distracted by shiny new things. Enjoyed your video!
I like to pick 4-5 projects a month, stitch on each for about 5-7 days because I like to see progress. If there is something else I really want to work on, I find the time to fit it in, and that has really worked well for me. This last month I participated in the steel city stitchers march madness, stitching on something different every day was a little too crazy for me to do all the time, but the second half of the month I worked on the things closest to a finish and was able to finish 4 projects (which is a lot for me), but excited to get back to the regular routine for next month.
I cannot work on a different thing everyday. I've tried and it's a disaster and then I get no stitching done at all 😆 I think my sweet spot is 6-7 projects per month but I'm not certain yet. I do like getting finishes so forcing myself to commit to 4 finishes this year has been great as I no longer have a bunch of barely started projects, but several with good progress to be seen since the beginning of the year. I hope you enjoy getting back to your regular routine it sounds close to my ideal too 😊
Thank you! Winter Queen is beautiful and I want to spend more time on her, but that's the issue with too many projects going on at once. That said, I love the blues in it and I'm trying to decide if I should focus on her once I get Autumn Queen completed.
Beautiful WIPs! So sorry you’re feeling unfocused but you’ve achieved so much stitching regardless. Love you hair, by the way, so luxurious! I’ve already reached age where hair is lifeless and thin, argh…
Thank you so much! I think when it comes to my stitching, I'm so close to it that I can't see my progress without effort. Also, feelings lie sometimes. I can feel unfocused, even be unfocused but that doesn't change the benefits of picking up a needle every day 😄 Thank you for watching!!

Enjoy what you stitch and stitch what you enjoy!

I love your coffee piece, it will be so cute in a kitchen or coffee corner!
I have the perfect spot in mind to put Coffee Quaker when it's done, hopefully this week ::fingers crossed::
Nice projects. I have the chart of mirabilia winter queen also, I would like to follow and see your progress. Your stitching looks nice.
