Silly that this 8 year bottle is already $500 on secondary. It's 8 year old whiskey in a cool bottle, that is all. It's even a stretch at MSRP of $110. Love how people, and resellers, latch on a series of mediocre whiskey.
This was the first and only old fitz i ever had/tried. I think its pretty good, not what i was expecting for an old fitz, but pretty good for an 8yr 100prf. I was just notified that i won the 2024 10yr. Your review in that one was definitely less appealing than this one, so i think i may not open the 10yr and possibly trade it for something else. Thank you for your honest review

In terms of the bottle being reviewed: Carmel, Blue Berry Muffins. Another disappointing review by you that served as click bait to plug your Patreon. 😂
My uncle use to yell at me for giving his horses too much sweet feed. He’d say you’ll be the one showing your arm up those horses ass pulling it back out for them 😂 Only thing they loved more than sweet feed was chewing tobacco. Some good ole West Virginia horses! Cheers Fred
I like the comments about critical reviews vs drink it how ya like it. My first time tasting something I don’t add anything. After that, I will add water, use it in cocktails, with coke 😊 or however I want to enjoy it.
Wow! I would love to try this just on the sweet feed note you’re getting! I’m 62 years old and when I was 12 thru 15 I fed my neighbors race horses twice a day and know the exact smell you’re getting!

Sweet Feed in the Hot Summer was so strong. Crazy how the smells of a Horse Barn can be a good smell, but it smells like home!
