Wow! I would love to try this just on the sweet feed note you’re getting! I’m 62 years old and when I was 12 thru 15 I fed my neighbors race horses twice a day and know the exact smell you’re getting!
How would you compare this with Larfeny barrel proof/wellers?
Sweet Feed in the Hot Summer was so strong. Crazy how the smells of a Horse Barn can be a good smell, but it smells like home!
You’re getting lots of samples because they highly value your opinion.
My uncle use to yell at me for giving his horses too much sweet feed. He’d say you’ll be the one showing your arm up those horses ass pulling it back out for them 😂 Only thing they loved more than sweet feed was chewing tobacco. Some good ole West Virginia horses! Cheers Fred

I like the comments about critical reviews vs drink it how ya like it. My first time tasting something I don’t add anything. After that, I will add water, use it in cocktails, with coke 😊 or however I want to enjoy it.
Silly that this 8 year bottle is already $500 on secondary. It's 8 year old whiskey in a cool bottle, that is all. It's even a stretch at MSRP of $110. Love how people, and resellers, latch on a series of mediocre whiskey.

Old Fitz is my least favorite heaven hill product. I’ve only had maybe 4-5 different releases, but they regularly disappoint me….unless Fred here was cupping it. Then I might enjoy it
