My son had the blue humpty dumpy when he was a baby. I still have it but it is bad shape. My sister sent it to him from Hawall. He is 54 yrs old now.😊😊😊
*Julie, the brass walnut is a vintage covered ASH TRAY from the 1940's and 1950's.😁 🚬💨 When the cigarette is smoked, the unsightly ash and butt are covered so the coffee or end table still looks nice. That's why the little teeth are inside - to balance the cigarette 🚬 on when the person wasn't holding it. 😊 Those wooden clamps ARE A BARGAIN - take it from me, a LONG-TIME COLLECTOR and the daughter of Antique Dealers. You just don't SEE THOSE ANYWHERE ANYMORE‼️🥰*
We had a butter churn like that on our farm when I was a kid over 60years ago and after the cows were milked and the cream had risen to the top of the bucket, it was dipped off into the churn and THE WHOLE FAMILY took turns plunging it into butter.
Julie, I had to watch your video 3 times! Lol! The “crock bottle” looks like a modern piece. I have seen those before, white, brown, gray. Not sure about the crocks with it, but they did not appear old either. Sometimes, you have to look at the glaze, the weight, any makers marks. In the room that had several chairs but was mostly empty, there appeared to be a cast iron fireplace front. It looked like it was painted white. I know if genuine, they can cost ALOT. I did see some interesting dishes. It looked like some Westmoreland milk glass. I keep my milk glass because it goes with EVERY thing and all holidays. That blue hoosier cabinet bottom was very clean, but missing it’s top. Still a nice piece. Golly Gosh, Wish I lived closer!
Hi! Great vid. Any way you can get the white birdcage WITH the 2 old women dolls in it? Then I can purchase these from your online store!! Let me know!❤
Hi I was thinking that it would be nice of you too show your face and say hello before you start your videos I'm sure your followers would appreciate it 😁😄
Such as? Everything looked extremely within reason to me. I have found the farther south you go, the more expensive vintage and true antiques will get. I live 35 miles from New Orleans and prices would easily double and triple what was shown. I am sure different areas of the country have different prices.
I agree. Too expensive. With inflation making groceries and every day needed items higher every month, most can't afford a vintage decoration piece. Plus, I find many vintage items for a lot less at Christian mission thrift stores and even Facebook marketplace
Having to go to CC to be able to follow. *I understand that you are trying to be soft spoken because of where you're at, but I've NEVER had to struggle so badly to hear you. ☹️
If you havent already tried, in addition to using the volume slider on the UTube screen, try using the up and down volume buttons on your computer keyboard - it may give you more volume. I could hear Julie clearly - and I'm from Canada, so have the sweet accent barrier - HA!!! (Totally kidding Julie - I've found myself saying Y'all)
Sorry the store is closing down Julie, but glad you were able to get some things you wanted.

and Mrs t Great finds thanks for sharing
I loved the humpty dumpy dolls!
It is so hard for small businesses to make it with all the taxes. You can tell at one time it was probably packed full of goodies. ❤
Lots of neat things and most prices seemed normal to me. I could hear you fine.
Rolling Pins YES!
So much fun! Wish I could come to shop.
Wow many beautiful things there! I wish I was local!
Love the chicken
I wish I was there...
Great... now i know what i have to do tomorrow.
I think I saw you at the bins on Tuesday, but I was digging. I don't like to bug people either.
Great finds
Those rake like items are corn cob holders. I have 2 of them and I have them hanging on my wall to hold my necklaces
*They are also great repurposed as tie 👔, scarf and belt holders. 😊*
Could also be used to display embroidery yarn skeins, hang scissors from too.
@@lindak7499 *I like that idea, too, Linda. 😊*
Beautiful items, it is so hard for them to stay in business with all the licensing and taxes.

Their prices seem high.
No wonder they are closing. Some prices are ridiculous

I understand everything clearly and loud enough.
