I love this interview, Mani's camera shyness, his struggle with finding the right way to present his truths . He is sincere, it's a marmite world out here. I guess those of you who come into a job on arrival would see through a glass dimly, you are shielded from the struggles and the reality of those who had to transit from one status to another with lots of hoops to jump through and still not making the money they expected to make. Well done Nanelle, loving your videos which I only discovered a few days ago
Wow very interesting interview..I really enjoyed Manikaze reviews and he seem to be a really nice person with a positive view of life..All the best to you Manikaze
Well done babe, I've enjoy all your videos I've watched, but I'm only just commenting for the first time. As an overseas nurse myself, I'll say the expectations really differs from the reality on ground. Though some of us (like myself) have been privileged to have an idea of the reality before migrating, your video is a big eye opener for people looking to/ already on this journey. I, also, couldn't agree less with manikaze on most of the things discussed. Kudos to you guys for the expository videos👍
Well done Nannelle u are really doing great. Thanks for all these videos.I have watched many of your videos though do not comment.I subcribed to your videos after watching Joyce K nurse Canada where u were invited to her channel.
I work in health care in the states and the ratio caregiver : patient is well believable especially post Covid. Prior Covid the ratio was less but now it's really overwhelming and the stress level has elevated.
@Claudia p which state are you based in the US? Yesterday I spoke to my friend who is based in the US telling her I plan to move to the UK. She said I rather come to the US because people from the UK who are now in the USA are complaining that they were always broke in the UK. Now they are doing better in the US
I loved this interview, it's quite informative. I just want to say that cost if living differs from from cities to cities whether England or Scotland. I live in York, North of England and rent if not cheap at all... e be like say I go come Lincoln 😁
It's really interesting and what the time spent. Please do you have a video that can help someone in Africa that wants to migrate to UK through the care home job route? Thanks

Anywhere without African shop is not good. I'm currently taking care of 45 residents and still admitting , it's true that it's overwhelming and one eventually leaves when management can't sort out the ratio . I'm not loving my job right now and that says a lot.
If one works 3 shifts while the other person is off work, gearing up for the next 4 shifts. I believe they will still have enough time to spend together,
Nanelle, this is one of the best videos you have made. Your host is funny. I laughed almost throughout. I watched that video you made with him and others abt their experience in UK. This time the guy is dw33 papa.....hahahaha but i love his interview
Pls I need your advice, I just got an offer to study in Scotland but I'm still confused if I should really go for it bcos i believe there will be limited opportunities unlike in England.

At times the facility gives a bonus every 1or2 months or other small incentive but health care workers in general are overworked since Covid.
Are you able to work overtime? What are the stipulations of your contract? If you don't mind sharing
