When I made my account back in 2013 I was a stupid kid who didn't think setting his birthdate mattered and accidentally set my account's age to only 1 year old. I left it as an alt to use some other time and forgot about it. Fast forward a decade and my main account got terminated so I needed a new account. I log into the alt, completely forgetting that it still has safechat because it's been a decade and the account still thinks I'm only 11. I buy some robux, join a game and immediately realize my mistake. Support won't do a goddamn thing to fix it despite giving them my ID and an insane amount of proof that I own the account, am overage, and that it was a complete mistake made a decade ago. Won't even refund my money. I'm completely shit out of luck. Now I gotta wait til January 1st, 2025 to be able to set my birthdate properly and get normal chat and VC. I probably will have quit roblox by then. 🙃
