Holy crap I never knew this song was made for the first modern Transformers movei (I say modern cause they had the cartoon one way back when before I was born :P). The first modern Transformers movie and video game were and still are awesome :D

So the camaro would have to be ALOT bigger to have the mass to recreat its self into such a large complex thing. One day perhaps when people can change the laws of Phisics to bend in to what ever is needed.
Ever tried catching a ball? Your hand goes down when you catch it, taking off speed gradually untill stopped. Gradually, but fast. Same applies for catching stop when you're using metal. Think of it as a net going backwards untill the football is stopped or likewise. Imagine the net being a giant metal hand. Same thing applies. I think. Yes, it probably hurts either way, but not so much that he's in real trouble.
