She doesn't know how lucky she is that she has so much family and support. I had and still have none of that. Went from a homeless addict to clean 5 years and graduated the toughest program in my state, two years long, got a job. A real one, not baby sitting and a place and have my son who I care for on my own. He's 10 with autism. His dad was killed in a car accident when our son was only 5 months old. And my only family. My best friend, my mom, died in March of this year. I do it all on my own. She's so lucky. Grow up.
Amen AMEN to @wisdomseeker3362 Much love to you!! I lost my mom in May. Both of my kids (11 and 12)are ADHD and have been labeled high functioning spectrum. It is so much harder than ppl think it is. Dealing with IEPs and broken ed systems. NOBODY cares about your son more than you do. I have found that I ALWAYS have to fight for my kids to receive proper FAPE. Im sure you are doing the same. Keep your head high and never stop eding yourself on your rights and what programs are available. School districts can be daunting. My heart broke reading your post. Like you I dont have any support from family. My sister (married but childless by choice) TEXT me to tell me our mother died bc she is not speaking to me bc I moved to another state to find a great school for my kids (BTW they are finally doing well, FL has SEVERAL programs that help pay for private schools for kids with special needs). Resources that have really helped me. Stanford Univ Neurodiversity Project (so u can see that your son could grow up and get a good job that utilizes his neurodivergences) has many resources and YT videos on REFRAMING neurodifference as a positive rather than look at it as a negative disability. The website understood.com and the good state of FL. I have found there are so many options here for parents with kiddos with challenges. Far more than CA (where im from) or other states that are "known as ranking high in ed" like NY or MA. Before we found this school, I had to drug my kids to get them to "fit in" at their public school. Now, they are performing really well and are on ZERO meds. Please KNOW you cant pick your family but you can pick your friends. We have built a family of friends that we spend holidays with and trust with our hearts and precious time. I have spent some holidays volunteering so Im not home alone with my kids. Volunteering I have met some pretty nice ppl. It sounds a bit "corny" but being religious has also helped me to change my life for the better. Houses of worship are filled with ppl like u and me that want/need community/family. We have lived here for just over a year and I already know a few dozen ppl that Im on a 1st name basis with. Keep up the good work and know living well is the best "revenge" Coming from a place of gratitude (which this woman has little to none) it is almost impossible to be and stay sad/down. Sounds like you have it. Be well.
Boyd is stone cold. Once the defense starts their statement she stops everything she's doing and goes frozen and motionless, doing nothing but listening and watching the defendant, capturing any telltale or tick that might incur something isn't right about that individual.

Judge Boyd embodies all that I would expect from a judge; authoritative, a good listener and having the best interests of both the community and the people appearing before her at the centre of her decisions.
I find it ridiculous when the defendant proudly says that they are employed, under questioning they are only employed by a relative. Which means that they said to their family can I put it down that I am working for you the judge will like it. So it's not like they actually have a real job.

These damn dope addicts, contribute nothing to society, and that woman stole a man's car and used his credit card, does not admit guilt in court to the stolen card and still gets probation.
Her life is about to change drastically now. One thing I'm trying to understand is, how are there different levels of sobriety? I've never heard of that before. Is that decision based on the individual person who is defining it regarding themself?
Im from CA and there is a LOT of that kind of stuff going around. a "Californian vegetarian" is some one that eats mostly vegetarian but can on occasion, eat chicken or fish. In CA this woman would not only get away with drugging and robbing a man, she would not have the laundry list of things to do to keep herself out on probation and not in jail. Cardi B the rap star has bragged that years ago she would drug and rob guys that came into the strip club she worked at, she's from NYC where bad ppl usually get away with crimes like this. Judging by her attitude and attire, she thought she was going to waltz right through this like it was nothing.
She made her own rules and the judge held her feet to the fire
I’ve watched quite a few of her cases & from what I’ve seen she’s sent quite a few to jail…& she’s rejected plea deals which is something that doesn’t happen very often. I don’t know why so many people have trouble not getting into trouble….not that difficult…not to me anyway. This woman right here is argumentative & I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s not back for something else in the near future.
These type of people, never seem to get to far away from the address of the court and jail house. Regular quest
She'll be back, 100%
At 9:40 I think she is trying to wipe tears for the judge to see but the judge never looked up 😂
I noticed that too 😂 The only time she stopped was when she was told she couldn’t see her daughter unsupervised and she didn’t seem that bothered!
Priceless
She was rubbing her sleeve into her eyes to create tears. You can tell by how she dug at her eyes and the skin around them started turning red.
Exactly what I thought as well. LOL.
So, because the defendant determined that weed is not as bad as meth, she decided it was okay to do it. Oookay then! No wonder she's in court. I know her attorney probably felt like back slapping her for making her look silly for praising her lol.
Whats really disturbing is that she was only charged with unauthorized use of a vehice...she drugged a man!! AND stole his debit card, she should have gone to jail!
Just found this channel been watching all day, New subscriber
I love Judge Boyd! She shows compassion, but hands down the law fairly.
Judge Boyd is the best!
I really like this judge. She seems fair and doesn't have respectable person issues.
The lady had a smart mouth at first, trying to be slick and was later reduced to tears
I cant believe the fake military man still thinks Judge Boyd will suddenly believe him😂😂😂
That's because he's a fake !! I hate people like that, my brother in law gave his life in Vietnam at the end of that war, people who fake being in the military should be more than ashamed!!
Poor grandma. Soneone needs to check on her, make sure her "family" aint taking her social security checks. Good grief!
Judge Boyd is doing what the defendant's parents should have done: show them tough love and raise them right
Love Judge Boyd. Fair and straight to the point with a dose of kind compassion and a no none sense twist.
The deputy/ hopefully the attorneys too, tell everyone upfront. Judge Boyd’s probations are hard. They are meant to be hard. She’s going to make it your choice, if you stay out of jail, it’s her way. If she can’t make you law abiding, she will give you the punishment you signed up for. Rehabilitation or punishment but justice always.
His ass is still lying about his documents 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤣🤣
YEs! I knew he would be back, and without his papers !!
The man was definitely drugged. She stole his car, took his money, and he was very ignorant of what’s really going on out there. God only knows what exactly happened in this situation..but I could see the despair on her face as Judge Boyd took away her easy cushy under the table job as a “nanny” and listed a whole page of conditions. But if she really has a car and a good license, unlike MANY standing before this judge in her position, she’s very very lucky. At least she can get herself to 90 meetings in 90 days, and at least she can find an actual job and get back and forth to work!
With all the requirements of the Deferred Adjudication I would have taken a plea and agreed to 180 days.
She will be back. She will fail. She said she is "not the person she used to be" but straight out LIED to the judge when Judge Boyd asked her if she was clean or not. I mean really?!?!?.....smoking pot the DAY BEFORE you stand before a judge on DRUG CHARGES to tell them you are on the straight and narrow? She also threw her PD under the bus when she said she told her she smoked pot. if the PD knew she would test dirty, she would have worded her declaration differently.
There's no way she'll make it. Especially since there are a bunch of people she lives with, some issues will come up
It's go take it off your record. Helps her avoid being a felon.
Grow up.
God Bless you Jenny and your son . 🎉❤🎉
Keep up the good work &God bless you.
Amen AMEN to @wisdomseeker3362
Much love to you!!
Be well.
You are doing an amazing job! I will pray for your family’s protection and prosperity!
Boyd is stone cold.
Once the defense starts their statement she stops everything she's doing and goes frozen and motionless, doing nothing but listening and watching the defendant, capturing any telltale or tick that might incur something isn't right about that individual.
She actually thought she was going to get away scott free. For getting clean off meth. And doing Marijuana 😅😅
Her parents are taking care of her daughter and she got caught lying to the judge. Shameless!
That sweet little "alright" would freeze my blood! You know it means trouble!
Also, when she says "Here's the thing..." You're in trouble
Home girl threw her lawyer under the bus😂 She'll be back in court soon.
Absolutely she a liar
Her lawyer a fool
She drugged someone and gets probation…this is insane.
How are you a nanny, but not taking care of your own??! 😂 Girl, bye! Make it make sense! And you stood up there and lied, saying your test would be clean knowing full and damn well you just smoked "yesterday".😂😂😂
She should be in prison for felony assault
That only applies to men
Love this judge ❤❤❤
She's come so far and done so much good for herself and then, at the finish line, she tripped and fell. If she had just been truthful and not tried to make excuses she might be better able to move ahead. I really hope she can pick herself back up.
“Different types of sobriety” is wild 😩😭😂
I’ve never been in trouble with the law so I never realised how full on probation is! If in their position I think I’d rather do the time and get it over with!😂
Oh you’ve never been in prison then to say that stupid shit
Judge Boyd gives them the works. She's tough but its really their only chance to succeed, to learn to play by the rules with support.
“That’s you’re opinion.” You are begging for contempt charges.
To bad for Grama, sounds like they’re all leaching!
Judge Boyd embodies all that I would expect from a judge; authoritative, a good listener and having the best interests of both the community and the people appearing before her at the centre of her decisions.
I’ve seen this judge numerous times and I just love her. She’s the mom all these defendants never had.
Judge Boyd don’t play no games!!! She holds people accountable for their behavior!
I find it ridiculous when the defendant proudly says that they are employed, under questioning they are only employed by a relative. Which means that they said to their family can I put it down that I am working for you the judge will like it. So it's not like they actually have a real job.
She couldn't stop going on auto pilot liar mode lmao
She pretended to be crying- kept wiping her eyes waiting for judge to see her! Lol
Like the credit card the drugs just magically appeared in her system
It's great to see the judge: it's depressing to see the losers.
Thank you for your honor’s service. Watching you justly serve your community inspires me to do better.
Why that defendant can’t keep a job…if she argues with a judge like that..she does it to everyone.
Poor grandma!!
THE FAKE VETERAN GUY IS BACK and he performed as expected.
Absolutely !
Judge Boyd is so inspiring to watch, and ive literally spent years as an inmate since i was a juvenile. im 43 and still screw up but you cant deny this person's top gun personality
Her attorney thought she wasn’t gonna look further into it 😂
The attorney lied to the court. Not good for her reputation.
Her attorney didn’t do her any favors.
Am glad judge is making her go through all this!
❤ judge Boyd
She stole that man's debit card and car, no doubt, should have been given prison time.
I love this judges style she is fair and no nonsense
Its so sad that the lawyer has to state her accomplishments thus far. She claims not to have taken his card, didnt drug him...who does she think she's dealing with...? I love that the judge keeps calling her on her bs. Also: OMG shes a "nanny"?? Not any more.
These damn dope addicts, contribute nothing to society, and that woman stole a man's car and used his credit card, does not admit guilt in court to the stolen card and still gets probation.
If a man drugged a lady and stole her car and money, he’d be given the full 10 years.
She started rubbing her eyes so much to try and get sympathy. Fake i believe.
Im sure this woman knows who Cardi B is and thinks if she did it why cant I?
She just came out & said it, "For me, there are levels of sobriety." Which is just golden when followed up with "I'm a nanny."
@@donutarmageddon7975 that's crazy unbelievable
@@donutarmageddon7975 I guess she CAN take care of kids but just not her own!?! It is VERY likely that she was "working for a friend or family member" for a few bucks to "watch their kids" What kind of parent has someone with a serious drug history and misdems (PD said this was her 1st FELONY not 1st crime ever committed)
If she had a different kind of BS job, Judge Boyd would demand to see proof of employment =Pay stubs showing income and most importantly TAXES being paid on her wages. If she wanted to claim she is "self employed" than she would have to show a w-9 form filled out and submitted to the IRS.
@@tanyachef My point exactly. People claim this sort of very casual work as a job because they figure it can't be checked as there is o paper trail. Might as well claim you do volunteer work picking up trash in parks.
Defendant: I deny all charges against me!
Always better to come clean if you've not been clean with Judge Boyd !
Oh, Wow 😯 this is the guy with the oxygen & no military records what so ever! He wanted to go to California 😹😹😹
If roles were reversed and a male did this to a female 20 years in prison and rightfully so.
Judge Boyd is one of the smartest and sharpest judges out there...I would be shocked if a small fry like this were to shake her up.
We need EVERY judge to be like this!
this judge is awesome. she doesn't pull any punches and goes above and beyond her position.
I love how no nonsense she is!!! She never falls for the bull crap!
She’s doing what normal people do and thinks she’s a hero
This person is the way she is because of a culture that tells her that shame is something other people do TO YOU, not something you feel because you've done something wrong. She doesn't personally believe in the concept of "wrong" as it applies to her. She only knows what she shouldn't be caught doing, not what she shouldn't do. Luckily, she's not smart enough to know how not to get caught. People like her should not be free.
Judge Boyd does not play and I am here for it!
I want to see more of this Judge’s artistry!!!
I love judge boyd, and as much as i love her , im always looking at what handbag she has behind her!😊. She has quite a nice collection.
"What sobriety means TO ME..." As if the court will allow you to redefine the definition of sobriety. The same liars who want to redefine gender because it's "my truth." 🤣
Judge Boyd is a BOSS!
Great judge!!!
I like how the judge made her get either a higher education or a trade. Her punish is the true definition of rehabilitation. She’s making her become a well functioning citizen
I love this judge. She looks at the whole picture.
She got everything she needed. Proud of the judge. No greater gift to be a great mother.
Is this our famous military record guy!! Finally our favorite judge is calling him on them!!
