"The way I lose this game is I get a significant amount of my troops obliterated" That is typically how one loses a game of Risk 😆 You have shown up on my recommended feed yet again mister Pete, and I'm glad to be back. Even got me to reinstall the game again and realize my complete inadequacy in strategy games 🤐 The sheer amount of information you're able to take in just by looking at a board is incredibly impressive, not to mention making strategic plays and predictions using that information. Keep up the great content!
One of the things I'm trying to show with the different maps is the ways in which you can leverage superior positioning to a win in dire circumstances. I don't know how well I'm doing at that though
@@TheKillPeteStrategyyoure doing pretty good! Especially this video. For some reason these more interesting situations only happen on these types of map; u almost never see this in europe or classic.
Perhaps you should contact your internet service provider if you haven't already. Your connection issue could be on their end if your modem is fine. They could or should be able to refresh the connection. If that doesn't fix it, you could also have a faulty ethernet cable if you don't use a wifi connection.
I don't think they were, sometimes people do sus things in the lobby and I wonder. Sometimes I kick one and fire the game and the other mysteriously doesn't ready... I dunno I really don't think this should be players problems and the game should protect us from that.
You won, because the other players were bad, the amount of times you get into a really difficult spot and then they just... throw it away. It's like they don't know how to play, and it's something.
Having watched you daily for a couple of months now, I believe it too. When you get into tournament place it's very interesting to go up against opponents who know what's up. The worst I think is when you fight opponents who have NO idea what they are doing and sort of just ruin the game, and just feed your kill, you posted something really recently this week (1/22/24) like that.@@TheKillPeteStrategy
@@FemaidenOh I'm acutely aware, but having watched him so many times, and just watching him explain everything as he goes. It's hard not to feel like I'm not also disappointed at them.
I like fixed more than progressive. I feel like I've had more games stalemate in progressive, and I almost dislike progressive(keep in mind my game rank is master, skill level is more like high intermidiet, low expert)
You keep commenting on other players' moves as if they knew how to play prog ("now I die", "now he sweeps the board", "he is going to get that kill", "why isn't he going for pink", etc). This isn't a tourament. They're all beginners, they're trying to get conquer bonuses, not necessarily hunting other players! :D There were sooo many missed opportunities for your opponents, sigh... Well played!
You should have saved a site so scary for tomorrow. Idk if I can take this level of scary content before Halloween.
This is the most strategically dense game i think you've released. Definitely put this in a masterclass for prog.
Cheers! I'm really happy with how this one went
Hey Pete. I think this was your best instructional video so far. You explained positioning, pathing of kills and playing to your outs. Great video!
Cheers!
Yeah man it really worked out on this one.
Making content with no internet is incredible. Thank you.
Turns out the phone was good enough!
I’ve played on this map so many times and only now have I realised that the map itself is a skull with crossbones🤦♂️😆
Hahaha SPOOKY eh!
Simple Earth is the scariest map, I still have nightmares of that fixed caps game.
I was the magenta player 😂 Good game pete !!🎉 won my first game today because of you 😃😃
Should have risked it for that white kill.😅 Gg though
Cheers man! GG.
I wonder what your reaction to me removing your 3 was.

Cheers man! Hope you enjoy your time back with us!
Great surviving move with the position of that 19 stack !!
It all worked out!
I can’t believe until I saw your thumbnail I had no idea this map was a skull and crossbones
Orange couldn't take the White kill - He was blocked from the 6 in the corner
from 0 % of winning to 100% winning in less than a seconde
The thumbnail scared me and now I need therapy
Thanks pete!
lol
internet goes down but the grind goes on.
Great game pete as always 👍🔥❤️🔥❤️
I haven't seen the video yet, but I already know it's going to be great :D
I'm happy with this one.
This map is the epitome of "nowhere is safe"
That was a wild ride of emotions
Nice game didn’t think it was gonna go your way
me neither
Spoiler Boo❤
Idk if you remember me but I'm back and loving the content again ❤
Eyy! Glad to hear it!
Better lucky than good, except Pete is both! When superior positioning allows you to capitalize on repeated mistakes from multiple opponents

Wow.. lost 24 troops on a 4 stack, never had i had such terrible luck before
that's really unlikely!
@@TheKillPeteStrategy oh it happened.. and I rage quit from that roll 😂
Just the spookiest map ever Pete.
lol so scaaary
Relly nice move ther! 🙌🏻
Thanks! 😁

turn it off and turn it on again
19:20 I think both him and Red didn't understand the bonus
Looked like there was a lot of confusion
Pirates be having scurvy. They were ho's... Fo' sho '
Instant classic this one ❤
I'm happy with it!
@ 24:02 it seems you didn't realize that pink did, in fact, hit it?
HIT IT
Good old cabbage night
Orange and Magenta could actually be collaborating or they where just really bad ^^

Love progressive, because pete went from being the weakest to winning the game in 1 turn
how I like to do it!
world dom prog is crazy, the entire game came down to who would kill white and orange and magenta choked
It's a very volatile mode!
Really scary
It’s the same map as the world noob corner bottom right
How do you get the unlimited tokens? It seems odd to me you have to pay tokens to play
Premium give you unlimited. It's a one-time fee
