Thanks a lot for educating people about the universal father and universal mother in the form of siva lingam setting aside all the mis conceptions and vulgar remarks on sivalingam with high intelligence and courage. Proud to be a Hindu.
@@Minority_Hunter Thank you. I think project shivoham is not showing the debates that happened "bhashyam" and only selectively showing one's translation. This is not as per our Vaada sampradaya.
@@mdkumarz hmm exactly... Now in his part 2 video he his giving justification of J.L shashtri and saying that geetapress did sugar coating on their translations... My man haven't read any darshans and Vedas and coming directly into Purandas☠️
Some of you are uncomfortable with this video, so be it… Truth doesn’t rely on what people feel or think…. If you are serious about knowing the truth about Shiva Lingam, then STOP binging on UA-cam videos (including this video) to know the truth. Instead, do your own research and then discover the truth for yourself instead of relying on UA-cam videos. The whole objective of my documentary is to bring forward the sacred relationship between Shiva and Shakthi…. because of which you and me are born…. If you perceive such pious relationship as lustrous, then may you discover the true meaning of Shiva Lingam for yourself! Ithi Sarvam Shivam….
Am too gonna unsubscribe you after this... I didn't expect this stupidity from you... 😢 Why did you show the wrong translation of Shiv puran done by J.L shashtri and NA deshpande why didn't you go for Geeta press translation and our acharyas translation...? You just did wikipedia and came here with this idiotic doc film.... Go and watch the channel hyper quest, Heated debates, Sanatan Samiksha, Spherical snatani they already taught us what actually shiva linga is... But seriously I didn't expected this stupidity from you😑 You haven't read any veda how can you say this that linga means phallus... 😒 I have done my own research and I know truth stop hiding behind fake "truth"
Do you think that the Lord will hold his own private part in his hand and start showing it to the sages and their wives? The Lord was definitely naked but he was indeed holding a Shivlingam and not a p*nis please refer to Gitapress translation. My humble request
@ind_fearlessgamer7682 well said bro 👏 and this project shivoham guy has nothing to do with bringing out the truth but instead he is spreading misinformation in the name of bringing out the truth and he has done this many times in his videos such as falsely claiming that qutub minar is a muslim structure despite of the fact that there's an inscription in that area which says "these monuments have been built by the remains of 27 demolished hindu and jain temples" .
@ind_fearlessgamer7682 bro he has chosen these fake translations on purpose to defame shivlingam and it's not the first time that this guy has done like this . He also claims that uttar kand is a part of valmiki ramayan .
From the past 2 days I was feeling very uncomfortable after I got exposed to the word yoni in context of Shivalingam and being a regular temple visitor I actually started visualising it on Shivalingam. I felt anxious and started crying that how can I visualise this in God himself and if I am creating any sort of aparadha and blasphemy. I think Shiva himself directed this video on my UA-cam today to rescue me out of this anxiety and bring me closer to him. I thank you for this research and detailed documentary. Har Har Mahadev
Gosh. How is it possible that you feel uncomfortable with genitals? You came into this world that way... Your culture - nothing to do with scriptures - society is killing you! By being embarrassed by natural things like nudity or sex. Feel pitty for you.
Excellent, well researched and explained. But, I would add following points, being myself an Engineer, from Shiva Linga;s 2D plan/elevation drawing / and 3D projection/ bisection /cut-section / grafting technique, my observation is as follows, along with annotation At 2.47, add one more word Garbham/Gargha means womb, Yuni is a birth canal, Garbham holds pregnancy and Yuni delivers birth, Also, Yuni as a female genital part that unions with male genital part Lingam At 3.37, on cause and effect, more relevant example: Union (cause) has given its outcome Pregnancy (effect) At 5:28, Vyasa Maharshi is the correct, in giving Bhagwat Geta, which says that Yuni is the Womb, gets impregnated and later delivers birth. But as per today's knowledge, womb (Garbham) and birth canal (Yoni) are bisected words for the female reproductive organ Now for further analysis, considering above mentioned addition inputs, also from engineering drawing perspective, the Shiva Lingam as object is only depicting the female pregnancy, showing the BABY to be born (foetus) in the womb. The foetus (Pindum in Telugu) is shown as round half ball at the center of the Shiva lingam's round base (womb). The Yoni, the birth-canal is shown as projection to the round base (womb). From Engineering sense, Shivalinga as an oblect, it a proper object depicting Pregnancy(pindum) in the Womb In my conclusion. I feel, we are as Hindus can only worship RUPAM nature of divine. In fact, Shivalinga is the RUPAM showing Pregnancy (aspect of Prakuthi nature), but not Shiva who is Nirguna (formless nature or has no RUPUM). Vyasa Maharshi Bhagwat Geta. At 5.28, and his Linga Puranum At 4.48 are both the correct ones for Hindus to worship Shiva Lingum.

I'm a Muslim and an ardent, respectful student of all religions. There are ignorant people in all religion who neither understands their own teachings properly nor try to learn and respect others. So, ignore the ignorants.
Origin of Islam is not in Arabian sand dunes .. Decents of prophet Adam is superior than Tribal Arabian self proclaimed prophet and tribal Arabs ... Those muslims who read their scriptures knows ... Great macca can never be in Arabian desserts because Macca had elephants .. Arabian tribals attacked India like dogs that got rabies fought and failed well over a thousand times ... And destroyed millions of ancient scrolls and manuscripts . When Indian muslims learn their truth ... Pakistanis or those bengaldeshies don't get VVIP treatment from Arabs , only Indians get it ... I was wondering why 😂
I am feeling so proud that my mother had told me wat a shiva lingam actually signifies at a very young age . And I have never felt an ounce of shame to worship shiva lingam because it is essence of precious life and shows how ahead of time my culture and religion is
Hinduism or sanatan dharma is way ahead of its time, shivlinga and yoni is nothing to be ashamed of, becz this is where all life on earth is started, sanatan dharm is not backwards at all,I request ppl to please feel proud being hindu🙏
Thank you so much for making this video. I'm a Christian who turned Hindu in 2018 and I completely agree with the dangers of not knowing enough of your religion. I was sincerely searching for answers about the Shiva linga and all my life, I've only heard interpretations with no scriptural references until now... I'm so grateful, thank you. I consider this a blessing that I stumbled upon this video on Mahashivaratri 2024 while sitting on the temple floor, contemplating.

Shiv lingam is the endless and beginning less axis of the entire creation. It is called the "agni-lingam" and also as "axis mundi" in some other cultures. Lingam means "symbol". The symbol of shiva is like a agni-dandam, also therefore known as a jyotirlingam (agni ~ jyoti), and because it can't be made endless, it is made finite for practical purposes. Therefore, when in this story of shiva purana, it is said that shiva was holding his lingam, it means he was holding his burning dandam-like symbol in his hand. This is why the rishis cursed him to make the burning lingam fall to earth, because they were angry at his digambara form and also worried that the burning dandam may cause harm to someone. However, when the lingam fell to the earth, it started expanding infinitely in both the radial and also the axial directions, burning everything around, because it was the agni-lingam itself. Hence the rishis recognized him as none other than Lord Shiva himself. Now, the confusion remains that what is yoni here. So the word yoni also means place of origin, and also something that "unites" or "combines". The word “union” comes from the Latin word "ūniō" or “unus,” which refers to “the action of joining or uniting more than one thing together," according to the Oxford English Dictionary. These words unio and unus are linked or originated from the sanskrit "yoni". Therefore, when Maa Parvati takes form of a yoni and baan, it simply means she takes the form of a literal arrow known as "Shakti-baan" which is an amogh shastra of the devi and yoni(i.e., something which unites the two and locks them in place). The yoni stops the lingam from expanding in the radial direction, while the baan stops it in the axial direction, thus stabilizing the shiva lingam. Here this thing should be kept in mind that if yoni would had been a literal female organ and lingam a male organ, then there was no need of an arrow to unite the two. Here, the deeper esoteric and philosophical meaning of the story still remains unchanged. Shiva is the endless stream of consciousness or purusha and devi parvati represents prakriti, which gives meaning and stabilization to this eternal consciousness, thus establishing the importance of both.
Only selected few are proud of their culture and history who says it as it is and does not deviate in any condition, Hats off to you. Please keep on creating such raw and unskwed information for everyone irrespective of how they comprehend
Now we understand why our ancestors were a broad minded open society... U have put the knowledge across very well ...ur first n last lines of "Cause n Effect"...👌🙏🙏🙏🙏
This is the resion why we say that Hindus don't know there religion. This the beauty and open mindset of our ancestors. Thanks to This platform explaining the real truth 😊
This is very important , PART 2 is highly requested with more examples, stories and anecdotes from our scriptures and how these all form into the practices around Shiva Lingam that we see today. This can be one of the biggest things your channel academically produces and can curb the greatest threat of mockery , subversion and conversion done by the abrahamic folds and the left liberals . YOU ARE CREATING THE IDEOLOGICAL DEFENCE FOR ALL BHARTVASIS. Thank you.
Don't blame left liberals. Lots of good people consider themselves that. They are the people that helped spread Hindu scripture to the West. Lots of bad people on the right conservative side too.
With due respect to Project Shivoham, I am really sorry to say that you could not explain the true meaning about Shiva lingam. It was never about Shiva lingam as the male genital organ. The translation that you took for Koti Rudra Samhita is completely wrong in English. I suggest everyone to please watch the true meaning on "Hyperquest" UA-cam channel. He has explained it with various hindu scriptures. ua-cam.com/video/DNI66Czpfw8/v-deo.htmlsi=OXHBp_K0A3L_Q-OF

Very proud of you brother for your clarity, efforts, time and energy. Right spread of your videos could be a eye opener for majority of Indians not limiting to Hindus. I appreciate every bit of this content and so fortunate to have watched it early in the morning.

ohh... i am literally speechless... This doc film is your best one yet.( i can prove it arguably).. It contains the absolute truth.. The truth is always naked... its always in its purest form... although this doc film was necessary in today's context, i still believe, Bharat being the land of the scholars beyond imaginations, had there been a flaw in worship of the "Shiv Lingam" the practice would have stopped much earlier than people have learnt remembering history.. the fact that reverence of Mahadev has ever been increasing with passage of time, makes it unambiguously clear that "Shiv Lingam" is the only truth and nothing but the truth.. there is no need to shy away from it... as always thanks for uploading the "Doc Film".. your die hard fan.. UD...
What a clean, unbiased and beautiful depiction and explanation of our scriptures and our culture. I feel that over the years, external influences have changed the way we think about certain elements. In the Olden days, our culture celebrated the union of the masculine and feminine as the only way of Creation. I thus find it so strange that in today’s educated world, people are shy about their bodies, relationships, girls are made to feel embarrassed about their menstrual cycle.. I feel that today’s So called ‘cultured’ society has a lot to learn from our ancestors 🙏🏻
Some people are commenting in disrespectful manner....to them i would like to say that , Hinduism is about each and every aspect of life and universe...Hinduism is not for people with narrow mindset......and if u are disrespecting someone's belief then either u are a atheist or u are not aware of your own religion's teaching...so go and get some right teachings from a right person
Person disrespecting someone’s beliefs is arrogant and immature, to not believe in it is ok, but the audacity to put someone down is outrageous. I find this people everywhere, i cannot be bothered arguing, now i am immune.
These lines..."If you are not teaching your children the truth about your religion and it's beliefs, there are others waiting to mislead them very easily everywhere around us!" For this line sir....👏👏👏👏👏
You have done a great job by removing misconceptions and misunderstandings. Most human beings with lack of knowledge and with dirty minds misinterpret things. Congratulations. Please go on producing such valuable vdos.
Loving your videos for years now. Absolutely great work. If you can create a video, which links Rudra, Shiva and Bhairav together, would really love it. Thanks for creating these documentaries and educating us with the things, which we should already be educated in.
Thank you anna for the education and helping to integrate the knowledge of the ancient scriptures. Now to practice this in daily life seems very possible.
Hello Project Shivoham ❤ Bwen following you from last year. Let me tell you one thing, you are doing a great service to this great land of Bharatavarsha 🙏🏻... All the devatas, ganas and other divine beings will help you in this path of excellence ❤ Hara Hara Mahadev 🙏🏻
There is nothing to be ashamed of what is considered very scientific instead revering what is scientific would appeal even to an atheist. Western thinking has instilled shame rather than reverence to what is so natural! I knew most of what you mentioned in this video but what I did not know is that Shiva embarrassing the rishi’s and getting subjected to their curse. What I am unable to understand is why would Shiva do such a thing? I am sure there is a reason for his action in the first place. Is there any mention of this in the Puranas? Can you please throw some light so that I am able to discuss this with my friends with the proper context. Thank you!
What a brilliant work.. it takes enormous effort and time to crystalise the complex vedic scriptures… and as for the others who denigrate these subjects are agenda driven, dont have the spine to counter with logic, as they themselves lack it, i.e. common sense.. Pls keep up this noble work. May Shiv shower his blessing on you.. Om Namah shivayah .
Thank you so much. I found a lot of stuff about the lingam online. Most of it pointed out that it was not about body parts or physical sex. I think any one who is not spiritually immature or intentionally malicious can see that. Many of the other sites mention the sutras but do not cite chapter and verse and quote them. Nor do they have the level of detail your video. Shiva wants me to learn more about the lingam and I found your detailed description very informative. I always like to see the scriptures cited and explained. You have done a wonderful job of this. This is good for those who are students and those who are spiritually young as we can learn and grow. For those who are malicious they will just take exception to anything you say and find new ways to demean you and the teachings. So do not worry about them. With compassion we are to be indifferent to evil. That is another one that is easy to confuse as western philosophers say indifference to evil is worse than the evil. That is because the implication is that you do nothing about it. The indifference mentioned in the yoga sutras (1.33) also teaches compassion for the victims of evil. It just means don't let the evil get to you and bring you down to that level. I am glad you are doing something about it and helping those of us who wish to learn the lessons correctly. I send you positive energy and I wish you the best. May you be happy and well. Namaste 😊
There was nothing spiritual about the video and nothing unique about the sources quoted. The english translatons were early translations of puranas, when only european translation existed and were a copy and paste of translations of some sections from european authors. There are a lot of grammatical, spelling errors etc in the translations the video quoted,, so I really question the authority of the early translations in English made by Indians.

Thank you so much for this beautiful video that authentically explains about the origins and meaning of Shiva Lingam. Through your project of videos you give the viewer such clear, truthful information referring to the scriptures. So much of this ancient knowledge has been destroyed and lost. Through your videos this knowledge can be preserved forever. My sincere gratitude. My Guru, Nithyananda Paramashivam, has undergone malicious attacks by such groups mentioned in your video. A direct attack on Hinduism in yet another attempt to destroy this ancient wisdom. His mission is to revive Hinduism and keep it alive across the globe. I feel blessed to be introduced to your channel and videos as I only want to learn about the authentic Hindu and Vedic lifestyles and live accordingly, not the watered down versions of interpretations of people who know nothing about the authentic origins. Bahut bahut danyavad. I am looking forward to learning more through your videos in the future. Blessings 🙏
Thank you very much for this excellent comprehensive and clear explanation of Shiv Lingam. Those who speak desparagingly about Shiva Lingam are those who cannot see anything beyond the finger that points to moon. Their vision cannot go beyond the finger and thus they are never able to see the moon.
Such a gem of a video this is. Pranam to the anna who made this video with all the references to the sacred texts. Your'e doing immense service to Sanatana Dharma unlike many (Including me) who only dream of doing something to the dharma. Long life to you Anna.
Hara hara mahadeva🙏 What an explanation which is eye opening for Hindus by asking I know and teach Childern and big blow to the other side of the table which they r shaming at our own creation and creators. Om Ardhanareeswaraya Namaha
I absolutely love these videos. Thank you for sharing so much knowledge and educating society on so many levels. I was one of those, who really wanted to understand the story behind the Lingam. ❤ 🙏
First of all kudos to ancient India and their divine mindset where they see the body as the Temple and it takes courage to make this doc film and i love the line you said in the takeaway 🙏
I liked the way you have described and stuck to the literal meaning and the shastras of course. I have listened to quiet Puranas from learned scholars like Chaganti Koteswar Rao Garu from AP,, Shanmukha Sarma Garu, Malladi Chandra Shekar Sastry Garu who is no more and Bhashyam Appala charyulu vaaru also all eminent scholars who lived 90 plus years from Southern Par of India. This is how they take this subject. Shiva is expansive there is no form or shape you can attribute to him He is so expansive that there is no beginning nor the end. When he appeared as a beam of massive vertical light and Brahma and Vishnu gave up for not able to find the beginning or the end of the massive spectrum of light on Shivaratri ( The First appearance of Lord Shiva ) and hence prostrated in front of Shiva. It is this concept that we take and consider any object slice it vertically and attribute as Shiva. Coming the Yoni part of Mother Parvathi it is nothing but the entire cosmos itself. When some one of the order of Bhagvan Ramana Maharshi describes Siva Lingam they would talk at a spiritual level and not at literal level. As Krishna states the entire Universe is in his abdomen and there is no form or Shape one can attribute to him . Because Man needs to focus on something there is a physical form attached to Krishna or Shiva and hence we have some form. You can take a sand make a shiva lingam as you described no shape is required could be vertical or round for one to focus and meditate. #HarHarMahadev !!!

Shiva is represented by a symbol "dot" or a bindu! All the other manifestations we see is the aspect of Shakti, the dynamic forms of our experiences. In essence Shiva-Shakti is a unity as shown in Ardhanarisharashiva, which is expressed and unexpressed universe in total.

Incredible video! This shows the maturity of our ancestors. The Shiva Lingam is the representation of the birth of our universe. It is the symbol of Roudram and masculinity. Har Har Mahadev!
Thank you so much for making the explanation so simple to understand yet deep ..considering the vastness and depth of the topic I would say its a marvel work you have done! And yes our culture is so scientific and have so much of depth in it now its high time we get ourselves learned and also pass to out next generations.
I am aware of this before, my mother used to tell me. I was surprised at first, but not ashamed. Our ancestors treated srishti karyam as sacred, not only for body pleasure. We telugu people still practice muhurtham for first night, call it Sobhanam or karyam.

Absolutely brilliant translation of Sanskrit, there is nothing to shy away from our puranic Vedas. This was highly openly respected for thousands of years through our Vedas with knowledge provided by our Rishes until the invasion & destruction of our cultural & beliefs by Turkic & colonialism by the Abrahamic invaders & now taken over by the leftists. Hatred of our temples showing & depicting forms of our deities & the beginnings of life creation.❤❤❤

Sir..... Me from odhisha.... Your project is very much educational and fundamental.... One thing i want to say we r divided by many languages and and culture but united by sanskrti... Becoz many words of odia perhaps 85% are derived from sanskrti... And vedic rituals 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Simply mind blowing. I bow to your research and immense knowledge 🙏 . The way you have presented this sensuous topic that can be digested by common people is 🤯. Great job. Lord Shiva bless you .
Shiv lingam is perfect sacrifice of union of lingam and yoni of shiva and Parvati, that’s Shiv and Prakriti from where the universe born but when you put bel on Shiv lingam doesn’t mean you are putting it on lingam but actually on the third eye of shiva which can see past, present and future at the same time represents the three horizontal lines on head of shiva. The Bel has also Three leaf which spins in circles on the third eye of shiva combines the three lines which is on head shiva which enables the eye to see past present future at same time. Everything has meaning even when you sacrifice water on Shiv lingam. Shiv lingam is the union SACRIFICE of Shiv and Parvati’s true love in action which balances the whole creation. Believing without experiencing is dangerous. Every other religion has only one book that they read and follow but Hindu religion have many books which no one wants to read. Thanks for your work brother, you are bringing out the truth to Hindus.
Thank You Bhai For All The Hardwork Done. A Mind Opener For All The Bharatiyas, Especially Hindus. Stunning Revelations. Truth Explained Beautifully. Om Namah Shivaya Parvati.🙏🧡🪔🛕🇮🇳

The story that you quoted from Shiva Puranam is not the first time Shiva appears in the form of Shiva Lingam. The first appearance is to Vishnu and Brahma in the form of fire pillar which has nothing to do with Shiva’s genitals. Infact that represents the parabrahmam (or avyaktam that is represented in the first shloka that you quoted). The story from Koti rudra samhita that you quoted applies only to Hatakeshawara lingam not to every lingam ie., it doesnt mean that every Shiva lingam can be considered genital organ; remember it was a specific answer given by Suta maharshi when the rishis asked the question on why is the lingam associated with genitals. But that definition doesnt apply to every Shiva lingam. As an example, you may have heard of Kotappa konda, where koti worshipped sheep droppings as Lingam; that doesnt make every lingam a sheep dropping. While there is nothing to feel shy about the concept of genitals, your understanding is incorrect as you are applying the concept of one lingam to everything. There are several other places both in Shiva maha puranam, linga puranam and aagamas where the concept and meaning of shiva lingam is discussed in detail and none of those discussions bring genitals into discussion. I am not sure why you would ignore all those concepts and just give one definition that relates to genitals. The meaning of Lingam is Lim= the one into which everything attains laya and Gam= the one from which everything originates. You missed this definition. The main definition of lingam is “sign” or existence of something. You completely missed that concept. You should first check with Shaiva gurus to understand what they teach about the concept of lingam. Please note that none of the shaiva shaastras teach us that shiva lingam is a genital organ. Also about the Gudi mallam temple lingam, you can date the temple but not the lingam itself. I am sorry to say that your view is myopic on this topic as you chose to take just one definition of the word lingam ignoring all others.
@@enjyk360exactly for next generation we have to give the right meaning. Not one of the meanings based on a person who is not a guru on the subject. I have heard from gurus like Shi Samavedam Shanmukha Sharma who have spoken on this topic and who have lot more authority on this subject based on facts from multiple puranas and itihaasas than this video maker. And I did my own research too based on the texts that we follow in the veerashaiva faith where people don't separate themselves from Shiva lingam even at death. The maker of this video has a skewed opinion and I can confidently say that.
I was always looking for such sources and videos where I can learn about my own culture and religion in the correct form. I am happy and thankful to you for the information.
If i am not wrong. it means the soul/atman/consciousness is like an arrow. linga is brahman (cosmic consciousnesss) and yoni is brahmanda (cosmic/kundalini energy). with the help of bow/energy/Shakti the arrow/atman/consciousness will merge in the target ultimate consciousness/God/Shiva (moksha). Simple.Lingam in Sanskrit = Symbol. Shivalingam = symbol of Shiva. Jyotirlingam is what we know the famous 12 lingams as. Jyotirlingam = symbol of light. Shiva is light. He is one who enlightens and removes the darkness from the human soul. The all knowledgeable; the all merciful; the all compassionate supreme being, the very embodiment of truth, the benevolent one, the most beautiful one (in terms of qualities) - Satyam, shivam, Sundaram!
Sorry but u totally misunderstood koti rudra samhita and defination of shivling, read carefully about shivling nd try to understand wisely then make video
Fantastic video nicely explained, Shiva Linga has many meanings, in general it means shivas representation, it also represents creation, it also proves sex is not a taboo in Hinduism, it became taboo due to foreign philosophies and our stupidity, shiva linga represents highest form of creation matter+energy/shiva+shakti/purusha+prakriti which sustains world and it should be looked at with full devotion.

@ind_fearlessgamer7682 bro he has chosen these fake translations on purpose to defame shivlingam and it's not the first time that this guy has done like this . He also claims that uttar kand is a part of valmiki ramayan .

How intelligent, enlightened and pure our culture was. This is deep 🙏
Our culture was tarnished and has been forgotten, it's all just white man culture of hatred, jealousy and insecurities now

you are doing a fantastic job sir. keep making these vedios . I am a 23 year old boy who is always an athiest and use to critisize and mock hinduism. But i am fortunate that SHIVA showed me the way. i have never ever seen any youtube channel explaining everything is simplest form .
Excellent video, we need more people like you in our country.
What country is that exactly?

With due respect to Project Shivoham, I am really sorry to say that you could not explain the true meaning about Shiva lingam. It was never about Shiva lingam as the male genital organ. The translation that you took for Koti Rudra Samhita is completely wrong in English. I suggest everyone to please watch the true meaning on "Hyperquest" UA-cam channel. He has explained it with various hindu scriptures. ua-cam.com/video/DNI66Czpfw8/v-deo.htmlsi=OXHBp_K0A3L_Q-OF
@1neAdam12 Bharat ❤
ohh... i am literally speechless... UD...
Your hard work and dedication towards Sanatana Dharma is appreciated and i wish it will be rewarded at many levels.
Thanks for making this video. It will help the new generation to understand the actual meaning of Shivalingam Great job❤👍👍
The Lingam is a symbol of Lord Shiva’s ‘formless’ aspect, representing Shiva’s infinite and cosmic form.
It also represents seed ( the Source of Reality ) & Womb ( pool of Energy & Life ) !!!
These lines..."If you are not teaching your children the truth about your religion and it's beliefs, there are others waiting to mislead them very easily everywhere around us!"
For this line sir....👏👏👏👏👏
You have done a great job by removing misconceptions and misunderstandings. Most human beings with lack of knowledge and with dirty minds misinterpret things. Congratulations. Please go on producing such valuable vdos.
Loving your videos for years now. Absolutely great work. If you can create a video, which links Rudra, Shiva and Bhairav together, would really love it.
Thanks for creating these documentaries and educating us with the things, which we should already be educated in.

You are giving people the Identity they lack. Hats off. Thanks.
Excellent, well researched and explained. But, I would add following points, being myself an Engineer, from Shiva Linga;s 2D plan/elevation drawing / and 3D projection/ bisection /cut-section / grafting technique, my observation is as follows, along with annotation
At 2.47, add one more word Garbham/Gargha means womb, Yuni is a birth canal, Garbham holds pregnancy and Yuni delivers birth, Also, Yuni as a female genital part that unions with male genital part Lingam
At 3.37, on cause and effect, more relevant example: Union (cause) has given its outcome Pregnancy (effect)
At 5:28, Vyasa Maharshi is the correct, in giving Bhagwat Geta, which says that Yuni is the Womb, gets impregnated and later delivers birth. But as per today's knowledge, womb (Garbham) and birth canal (Yoni) are bisected words for the female reproductive organ
Now for further analysis, considering above mentioned addition inputs, also from engineering drawing perspective, the Shiva Lingam as object is only depicting the female pregnancy, showing the BABY to be born (foetus) in the womb. The foetus (Pindum in Telugu) is shown as round half ball at the center of the Shiva lingam's round base (womb). The Yoni, the birth-canal is shown as projection to the round base (womb). From Engineering sense, Shivalinga as an oblect, it a proper object depicting Pregnancy(pindum) in the Womb
In my conclusion.
Thank you so much for this video. Hindu philosophy is so deep that often we are not able to understand or explain many things. But your explanation is so clear and useful. Great job! I am a proud Hindu!

What an effort to explain so intensely. Proud Sanatani 🕉️
Exactly
That's what I thought lingam means a link or a sign .. a link to the creation ,a sign of the beginning of all
Please don't go by words lin, gam we can interpret the meaning as we know
The structure explain the thing you suppose to do this for next generation
@@enjyk360exactly for next generation we have to give the right meaning. Not one of the meanings based on a person who is not a guru on the subject. I have heard from gurus like Shi Samavedam Shanmukha Sharma who have spoken on this topic and who have lot more authority on this subject based on facts from multiple puranas and itihaasas than this video maker. And I did my own research too based on the texts that we follow in the veerashaiva faith where people don't separate themselves from Shiva lingam even at death. The maker of this video has a skewed opinion and I can confidently say that.

Brilliant documentary....very illuminating...I strongly recommend all Sanatanis to watch this video and show it to your children also
Best documentary and very useful information about how rich our culture was and is
Speaking from heart.. I don't care what other says about lingam.. Even though they make disgusting remarks I don't care.. I see that as compliment.. Cause it shows how our religion respects reproduction system and don't just consider it a thing for joy.. Har har mahadev❤
