Here's a In-Depth Install video on the Neutrik brand NE8MX #Ethercon Pre-Assembled RJ45 Connector Adapter.
These connectors make sure your RJ45 Ethernet cable is secure and won't pull out during shows. This robust connector features a alloy metal housing.
#neutrik has included two adapters for the bushing and boot. This will fit cables up to 8mm and I have no problem with Cat 6 cables or Cat 5.

Thanks for the tutorial. On the neutrik instructions it says to clip off the lock tab. Thoughts?

@@kevinswan8311 You can but it ruins a perfectly good Ethernet cable, just in case you want to uninstall the Ethercon connector. If you have a cheap Ethernet cable you could but mine are costly because of their run length.
