Must have been last Wednesdays hunt? We rolled into northern nd we'd. Absolutely brutal. 45mph winds and like 12 degrees, blasting snow. Had the best duck shoot of my life. 7 man limit of canvasbacks, bluebills, redheads etc.

I don't know what the deal is with the snow covers they turn blue when they get wet. Even on the layout covers. I use shower curtains for my covers and work great

The material on your blind is white. You are in a field of snow. By putting grass on your blind you became a sore thumb sticking out. You did not need anything on your blind. You were already invisible. Remember that next time.

We shot a limit… let me know how that goes for you if you try putting a bare white a-frame in the middle of a field. I have actually done that before and the results are no good but I’d love to see you make that work. There’s grass patches in a lot of fields in this area. The blind turned blue. The more grass we put on the better it got and we didnt want to dismantle the a-frame knowing the snow would melt in 2 days. Thanks for watching though.

Hey Cole set A frame with no grass next time just white and maybe figure out some sort of white top it works. Do it up here in Washington even with them super pressured works better than brushing into in white like that
