that's the first time I've ever heard a stylist say that purple shampoo is "bad" for your hair. He was scheming you. He wanted you to stop using the purple shampoo so that you would visit him more frequently to tone your hair = more $$$$$ in his pocket. What a jerk.

Fekkai is the best product for hair. When it say volume you get volume, when it says color care it really save a lot of money for touch up, most specially for gray hair.

Elle, you're not crazy keeping up with the seasons. I do that too and I also do that with my desktop wallpapers on my laptop. My friends think I'm crazy, but I don't mind what they say. I'm also into the holiday spirit too!

I totally agree! I was going to tell her the same thing! I know it can be hard to not use it everytime because it is wonderful stuff, but I only use it once a week and it does its job perfectly! Not enough people are aware of protein addiction!

I do the same, it's just a preference and I 'think' that alternating works better to keep my hair clean. Like some days I want a solid treatment products, other days I want to use my SLS-free products etc.

I used the John Frieda sheer blonde shampoo today for the first time, I like it. I also use a purple shampoo, about once every two weeks, I really like it. Takes the color to a shiny non brassy pretty blond place :) I use the Matrix Biolage conditioning balm, which I love and no matter what I try I always end up back withBi olage. I also bought a shower filter about a year ago, I was amazed by the difference it made in my hair and skin. Definitely worth the money :) Thanks for all the videos!

ocean salt body scrub is amazing! I discovered it over the summer and fell in love with it, I love using exfoliating body scrubs especially during the winter since my skin gets so dry as well, I feel you on the dry and sensitive skin front I suffer from it too

I'm in love with the Victoria Secret's body scrubs! I have the Pure Seduction scrub and I have like A USE LEFT and I need to replace it! I tried a scrub from the Body Shop and it just doesn't compare. The VS one scrubs but then the beads like melt into a nice soapy lather and it's just so nice I love it!

haha your not alone I use to just have 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner but after I learned that its good to have more then one and mix things up a bit so that your hair gets a shock where it'll stay shiny or volumous and doesn't get too "comfortable" with the shampoo and conditioner thats normally used.
You have a descent amount of products in your bathroom. I like it!

The aveda "blue malva" conditioner is the best for blonde hair! You should try it! It's pricey but it's the best one I've ever used, John Frieda included!

You have so many hair products! How do you keep track of everything you need? Do you have any suggestions for hair products for people with dandruff?
I've noticed lemon juice helps me with my dandruff. Also, I have a friend that would steep burdock leaves and it would help her as well.

Elle!! I have very very long hair, and it's naturally blonde. I started using that kerastase shampoo and conditioner because my stylist recommended it to me, but it actually didn't worked out at all, it made my hair very dry and hard to detangle. And it's very pricey too! Actually after using it, I had to buy a hair mask that would bring back the healthiness to my hair because it damaged my hair so much, that I had to buy a special product to bring it "back to life"! Be careful! Love you!
I have been thinking of trying John Frieda's purple shampoo for so long...I think I will use it once I use up my current Pantene Products.
i use the rusk calm shampoo and conditioner, it's only about 9.00 a bottle, i like it alot, and the macadamia deep conditioner and the healing oil treatment to style.
