maam i had downloaded the pdf of xat 2024 from cracku and shalini set was same from there and last question of that set had the answer C which was Q34 there i just checked but youre saying its B (ask shalini to reconsider) so where is the correct one?
In set1 Q3 Order of priority should be BAC and not ABC Because how can they setup warehouses for LT when they have no capital initially as mentioned in intro. They'd have to seek investments (as mentioned in the option)which would take time. Rather, tapping onto the O2 cylinder market with huge margins can help create a corpus within a year to start off with the plan to build warehouses. Immediate short term target must be to gather finances and then look for the LT option of building warehouse So, BAC

Ma'am, in the 1st question of the last set, if there was another option 4-2-1. Which one should I consider? 4-2-1 or 4-2-5? Which one is the worst decision - firing them without giving a second chance or giving high rating with a second chance? I'm cancelling 4-2-3 as giving the rating to the employees was my primary purpose as an HR, so I can't give high rating, it's absolutely unethical.
5 is deffinitely worse (IMO) because by giving them higher rating you're encouraging their insincerity plus it's not fair to the other two guys who were from lower tier bschools because this just sends the message that you can get away with slacking in ABC as long as you're from a top school, this doesn't pass the newspaper check at all plus the trio might as well continue the bs since there are no repercussions so financial harm will continue. 1 is bad but it's only causing financial harm without the bad PR and is atleast fair to the other two guys, 5 has everything going wrong in it
