I swear Skarr has some hidden property that makes it never show up when you need him.
it does, played a superfast version in wild. Skarr was bottom card the last 3 games.
Couldn't he have used it with shudderblock in game 2 to deal 30 damage to face? or does it not do any face damage with shudder?

@@jehooft8569Since the Battlecry itself is dealing damage, Shudderblock's "can't deal damage to the enemy hero" clause comes into effect. Only reason Kalimos works is its the Invocation dealing the damage, not the Battlecry itself.
Yeah for real, hearthstone's RNG ALWAYS do sh!t like that if it is a match it doesnt want you to win, that is mainly the reason I left hs, sh!t like that is not ok, forcing 50% wr is not fking funny.

Last game shows just how consistent warrior is WITHOUT Brann on curve due to having the most efficient board clears, best gift card and zilliax resummon off of Dr Boom to stabilise.
Am I the only one that kinda enjoys playing against warrior but hate the hunter matchup? At least vs warrior you can have the time for your memes..

People need to realize this. Brann is an huge win condition but Warrior right now has way too many efficient aoe clears. And they were even nerfed!
If anything, the whole deck concept was buffed by the highlander change because now it lost the harsh matchup it had. And Reno's payoff is way too strong compared even to Brann in my opinion. No card should singlehandedly win you the game on the spot against the majority of the game. Reno fully clears without destroying and also limits your board which is absolutely insane. While you can pressure the Warrior enough to force them delay the Brann, you really can't pressure the Reno because anything you do to do so gets annihiliated by Reno

Warrior had Wish upon a star because of your Magatha and still decided to play Reno instead of going lethal, I swear that card is so stupid it blocks you from thinking lmao. So, Warrior can actually win without even drawing Brann or Reno because it has like 1 billion efficient board clears smh

And opponent also didn't attack with Grom on turn he summoned him. Trade would lead to more hp due to dead glacial shard, face would lead to kill or force another trade.

Hagatha's slimes should have the All tribe, they totally look like amalgams! It'd be nice to play them on curve without breaking my elemental chain.

No Brann and no Reno for the majority of the game. Really makes you think how much OP shit warrior has in stock.
Initially, I thought Hagatha's slimes were always a 1 mana 1/1 that cast the drawn spell just because the way the official hearthstone library works.
It shows Hagatha and a "Related Cards" line with the Fairy Tale Slime but when you hover the slime, it is a 1 mana 1/1 with "Battlecry: Cast another spell".
Literally nowhere on the card does it say that the slimes stats and mana cost scales with the original spell that was drawn by Hagatha's battlecry.
It’s funny because it will never be a 1 mana 1/1 as the lowest-cost spell it can draw is 5 mana

I realize that Chump doesn’t personally invent every deck that he showcases on UA-cam. Regardless, I enjoy the Chump content that demonstrates how (some) off-meta standard decks can perform fairly well, with the right pilot.

I replaced one Once Upon a Time with Therazane. Downside of these spells is you always need a mini elemental to play together

I figured out this combo and felt so smart about it for a little, even pulled it off once, but only cause i forgot that shudderblock doesn't let you damage face and i was so confused, and gaslighted myself that maybe i didn't actually pull off this combo and it was all a lie 😂 now i feel vindicated

Isn't the 3 mana elemental with miniaturize that gives you 2 frost spells nuts in ele sham?
I have tried it and it is very inconsistent. First of all you need the mana to play those spells so you can’t use it on curve and second not all frost spells are useful

You really don't have to. I played Skarr last expansion, and it was pretty ok, but losing cold storage really harmed it.
I make It reno and doing very good with 60%wr. Terazane is a good girl
this deck should be good, much better from previous one (too slow and clunky)
good early, mid, tempo, pressure, either shudder+7 mana buff seals the deal or shudder+scarr/kal
had a success with similar ones in arena lately, 8 wins+ every time

I tried this left (admittedly before the last balance patch) and found the kalimos interaction. But even playing a minion every turn, I still would get wrecked by the amount of warriors floating about and BIG palys. Hearthstone just isn't what it used to be, and I agree with chumps comments yesterday. Bring back Brode!

I caught a bug the Skarr legendary card doesn't trigger properly under the Shudderblock effect it only does damage once on the table without touching the face.

Sounds like it’s working as it’s supposed to. It shouldn’t even deal damage to the face on the first cast because Shudderblocks text says so.
