- Ever wondered whatever happened to the enemies that were defeated by the Rascal Family in previous Tales? In this short, we see that the villains have taken refuge in Abysus. Some are content with their new sanctuary, while others could only think about revenge. Two of them being Kevin 11K and Steele, as they "motivate" the others to go with them back to Rascalville.
(I know that Catra redeemed herself. Just pretend that this takes place during season 3 of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power.)

Was Hopper's real goal all about power over the lower beings?
Hopper was similar to that of dictator or even an overgrown bully. He used scare tactics to make sure everyone followed his lead. He wanted to make sure that no one would consider to start fighting back, otherwise it would mean the end of his control over them.
