Why can’t we just have first person takedowns, and ones that don’t take cod levels of time to get kill credit? Do you have to deploy your melee weapon first to do a takedown Ravic?
When you slowed down those two headshots it looked like you need to adjust for bullet travel and target movement, cause they both were moving when you fired and the bullet landed, the guy crouched turned to his left right as you fired aimed on his head and it hit his right shoulder, the other guy shooting and walking forward was the same thing, you aimed and fired on their head but the bullet landed on his neck possibly even upper shoulder or the nape, which if the hitbox is just squares makes sense in not counting as a head
The guy that crouched hadn't moved until I shot him. If his shoulder blocked it then that means the crouch stance for player models isn't accurate and they are actually holding their arms up around their heads. That gun had a loadout with the faster I could get the muzzle velocity at those ranges it is basically no drop and near hitscan. Anyways it'll make more sense with the other video I do on that sniper rifle. At much longer ranges I was barely leading targets to get headshots so at that range leading always resulted in the bullet going in front of their hitbox.
You can see the examples shown from both firing ranges. The Tactical Turmoil range has completely different stats listed for each weapon vs the stats listed in the Havoc Warfare versions. If the weapons were doing anything remotely close to what they do in Tactical Turmoil you'd be getting two-shot and one-frame killed constantly in Havoc Warfare.
Not according to the stats and the ammo mentioned in the description for the weapon. It didn't seem to be related or connected to why they were bugged.

2:01-2:02 there's a frag grenade that you can see come in on your scope but your gun/arms hide it going under you. so maybe because he died before it went off the damage didn't do anything..?
I'm not sure it's that because you can see whatever that object is was flying off to the left shortly before it comes down towards me on the right. Also that icon that pops up looks like the icon for that one Operator's move but I didn't see anyone playing as that Operator near me on the enemy team nor one on my team.
@@Ravic The only thing i can think of, as you mentioned is the Crouching Tiger grenade, possibly shot over the broken wall just out of view. It had to have hit the building in front for it to land where it did.
4:04 Sweet Lords of Cube Roots! DFBHD(TS) does that! Damage indicators often pop up on the opposite side of the incoming fire! I think when you're moving, there's a frame of lag between the position you are in when the damage happens, and your position when the indicator lights up. Are you sure the damage indicator was correct? If this game _is_ like DFBHD(TS), then the _sound_ was correct. 4:52 DFBHD(TS) does this, too! Sometimes, the 'switchto' or 'switchfrom' or maybe 'switchrank' animations get garbled, and the .3di pos and tpos from one weapon gets carried over to the one you switch to. They have to be doing this on purpose to lull us old DFBHD(TS) players into some kind of comfort zone. They _have_ to have come up with a better way to do the weapons than DFBHD(TS)'s weapon.def and ammo.def files. They _must've,_ right? ... Oh, no. Although, DFBHD(TS) unfucks the .3di pos and tpos if you switch to a different weapon, then back again. Hm.
It doesn't matter which one was right the problem is they were indicating the bullet came from two different directions. If that isn't a bug then I'd love for the developers to explain how that logic makes sense from a gameplay perspective.
Other streamers are busy finding a meta build to shoehorn into their play style, in a 'alpha', unreleased game where everything can change before and after launch.

One of my biggest complaints were damage numbers between guns just didn't make sense. Plus shotgun damage is ass past 5 meters. Hopefully damage gets worked on for the beta.

The game is dead on arrival. There's already cheaters in an alpha free to play game. Constant wall hack spotting mechanism from people spamming recon arrows. Too many people on too small maps so you're constantly getting spotted or shot from three different angles. It's dead, Jim.

The damage thing might just be different balancing from tactical turmoil and not properlly displayed damage numbers on the stats page
